金奈凯悦酒店

之前曾经通过携程预订在这里住过十晚，当时曾经遇到一些WiFi网速问题和房门隔音不好楼下传来噪音的问题，但是都得到了酒店及时妥善的解决，工作人员都很耐心。 这次入住感觉网速有了明显的提升，房间还是那么整洁干净，屋内的设计一贯的统一而优雅，位于市中心交通也非常便利。内部的围楼设计非常奢华，尤其到了晚上的灯光开启后，整个大堂有种电影里的感觉。 酒店最大的亮点就是健身房和游泳池了，空间都非常大，适合热爱运动的人士入住，这里可以说是我在金奈住过的最大泳池和健身房了。同时体验过一次Spa，非常舒适惬意。 酒店的早餐种类丰富，光线很好，早上用餐令人感觉心情愉悦。但是就是肉类较少，希望以后能多提供一些肉类。 最后，还是感谢酒店工作人员热情的招待与贴心的服务，以后还会继续入住的。

Great staffs

The room allotted to us was damp and wet. The AC was broken perhaps . The service at the bar was poor. Room service never brought up the tea that was ordered. The staff was not well trained and took a long time understand the issues

Attitude of staff on front desk not professional - been told that i should pay each time i use the restaurant using my credit card rather than charging to my room and then paying a complete bill upon checking out.- I have never in all my stays in hotels around the world in over 30 years of travel experienced this, and coming from a Hyatt regency my estimation of this hotel brand has fallen down as the lowest estimation of poor customer service. Your front desk staff should ask for my credit card and then i can sign resturaunt bills to my room . Also on my last stay for breakfast staff just chatter amongst themselves . I will never stop at a Hyatt regency hotel again thanks

Clean room and friendly staff

Kudos to the staff and especially Aditi for going above and beyond. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good hotel to stay at near this area!

何かの祝日だったからかもしれないが、welcom感が強く、入り口からチェックインまで対応して頂いた全員のホスピタリティが高かった。

Satisfactory

The service was very sub par. 1. Check in experience - chaotic at best - got only one room key for each room although both were on double occupancy. Keep in mind that you need a key card to use the elevators at all times. 2. When I requested an additional key, I got one but the first key was auto disabled. 3. By the time I Figured that out, my wife had gone out and I got a new set of keys but both the old ones were disabled leaving my wife stuck outside without a working card. 4. My daughters were refused room service - simply because they forgot to get my card details at checkin. They were hungry for hours while we were out. 5. An experience manager gave me her number asking to reach out if I had any issues during my stay but she never picked up my phone call - ever. 6. I was refused a physical copy if my receipt citing technical challenges. Overall, good property , well connected to Chennai but one of the worst service experiences that I have had.

While food and facilities are reasonable, the staff is terrible and unprofessional.

We had a great stay at Hyatt Regency for 20days we were there. From the managers and their staffs we were welcomed very warmly. Breakfast at the restaurants was well organised under Mr Anand and his team, the valleting teams Mr Rajnikhant and collegues were great and very helpful during our stay. Keep it up guys. Great team
