Everything was absolutely awesome. They left a tent in the room for our kids and a couple of stuffies for them. The service was incredible across the board and they were attentive to everything we needed and asked for. Really above and beyond. We will definitely be staying in the future.

Due to the Indigo flight chaos, we reached Chennai very early around 8:30 AM, instead of our scheduled 3:00 PM check-in. We requested an early check-in, and Ms. Kashish at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. She arranged an early check-in within 30 minutes, provided breakfast access, and ensured everything was handled smoothly. The entire process was stress-free after a very tiring journey. The next day, we also requested a late checkout, and she was kind enough to accommodate that as well. Throughout our stay, we contacted her a few times for assistance, and every request was handled promptly and professionally. Ms. Kashish truly made our stay comfortable, smooth, and memorable. She is extremely accommodating, courteous, and proactive. A big thank you to her and the Hyatt Chennai team for such excellent hospitality. Highly recommended 👍

I’m grateful for the staff who were always kind and helpful, even though my English is not perfect. In India, water safety can be a concern, but the bottled water provided every day made my stay feel very safe and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nutritious and had a great variety of dishes, which was especially helpful since there are not many casual restaurants around the hotel. Since it’s difficult to run or exercise outside, the hotel’s fitness center was a valuable facility for me and I used it a lot during my stay.

The hotel in general was good, However some staff needs to compensate for less service minded staff. Great work for those of you who really try. The hotel experience started bad during check in and check out. Check-in was bad due to she could not find reservation and after several input to request a additional bad it came the day after. Check out was bad as we intended to pay upfront before the morning of check out. Also our pre booked breakfast was given to another guest. I would not recommend this as a 5star hotel as they say.

We enjoyed our stay there. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff were very courteous and helpful specially towards our kid. The location was perfect for us, close to the ofc and consulate. We also loved the breakfast spread — plenty of variety and everything was delicious! The atmosphere was clean and quiet.

The room allotted to us was damp and wet. The AC was broken perhaps . The service at the bar was poor. Room service never brought up the tea that was ordered. The staff was not well trained and took a long time understand the issues

Attitude of staff on front desk not professional - been told that i should pay each time i use the restaurant using my credit card rather than charging to my room and then paying a complete bill upon checking out.- I have never in all my stays in hotels around the world in over 30 years of travel experienced this, and coming from a Hyatt regency my estimation of this hotel brand has fallen down as the lowest estimation of poor customer service. Your front desk staff should ask for my credit card and then i can sign resturaunt bills to my room . Also on my last stay for breakfast staff just chatter amongst themselves . I will never stop at a Hyatt regency hotel again thanks

Attitude of staff on front desk not professional - been told that i should pay each time i use the restaurant using my credit card rather than charging to my room and then paying a complete bill upon checking out.- I have never in all my stays in hotels around the world in over 30 years of travel experienced this, and coming from a Hyatt regency my estimation of this hotel brand has fallen down as the lowest estimation of poor customer service. Your front desk staff should ask for my credit card and then i can sign resturaunt bills to my room . Also on my last stay for breakfast staff just chatter amongst themselves . I will never stop at a Hyatt regency hotel again thanks
