Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Regency hotel in Lucknow. Tanushree, Rishika and Rabina were excellent in the first floor breakfast lounge and were always very attentive to my needs and requests. I had a terrible mishap during morning breakfast service.
I took dates from breakfast spread. These were cut open by your staff and were supposed to be without seeds. While eating these dates, I bit into the pulp and unfortunately there was a seed in one of the dates. The dates were supposed to be without any seed but it seems your staff was very careless and did not ensure that the dates do not have any seeds. The seed affected my lateral incisor. My gums swelled up over next couple of days and the pain was unbearable. I was not able to chew food with pain in my lateral incisor. I had no choice but to visit a dental surgeon to have the dental damage assessed and possible course of remedy. He assessed that the lateral incisor had cracked and that it needs to be removed and he has to implant a new tooth. This will not only cause a terrible surgical pain but will cost me nearly Rs. 35000 !

Horrible experience! Not to a Hyatt standard at all. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel. Service at breakfast is slow, coffee takes 30 mins etc etc. it’s been a disappointing experience I have booked 2 rooms for 3 nights.. I regret choosing this hotel.
