All staff are friendly, helped me upgrade to sea view room, wide breakfast selection which I needn’t stand up for the buffet, cause the staffs would fetch for you. They’re very thorough about guest privileges such as free sauna and gym classes. It was definitely a wonderful experience, except my pillow case had black marks one night of my staying.

On check in, the staff were polite, helpful and willing to help with all our questions. Kaushik and the young lady (I didn't get her name), were excellent, and later, Jude met us and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. In the lounge, Brewster, Philipi, and Nglapem were very attentive and provided a great service. In the Lotus cafe, Lalit alwats sertved us with a smile. Whilst there are works going on in the hotel, most of the services were still available except the steam, sauna and kids pool. This didn't deter the hotel being one of the best! The rooms were clean and comfortable with good products, the cleaning staff made sure everything was stocked up. The breakfast is one of the main highlights and it didn't fail to meet expectations, a great feast!

The staff arranged a cake and decorations for my parents 50th wedding anniversary staycation. It was really nice of them to go out of the way. It really made it special . Thank you!

Amazing breakfast

Incapable management and zero intellect in service across areas. The property has not been well acquainted by the staff and they are unable to help with small aspects. The service is way below standard and the communication between staff makes everything confusing. Definitely not a place to stay if you want to enjoy Juhu, also a very terrible experience of hospitality!

Wonderful hotel with a very luxurious feel. We really enjoyed our stay and the room was lovely.

Stayed at the hotel for two nites before our international flight. Everyone and all the hotel accommodations will absolutely wonderful. I come there on every trip to India, always had the greatest experience with the hospitality in every way. Thank you !

Badkamer was niet schoon. We hebben na melding een andere kamer gekregen. De herentoilet bij restaurant Saffron was niet schoon. Veel herrie in de lobby van muziek tijdens lunch/diner. Te luid en akoestisch ontzettend slecht geluid. Past niet in zo’n prachtig hotel. Locatie is prima, direct aan het strand.

A fabulous hotel on the beach in a very lively area of Mumbai. The club was the best we have visited out of many hotels we have visited in mumbai. However the renovation works were noisy (although we were compensated for this). I would definitely stay here again after the renovations are finished.

Wonderful well meaning staff, but let down my the marketing and sales team. Unfortunately- while they changed my room a painting i always carry from my child was lost. Very unhappy about that. Great front desk attendant in Abhishek V Meant well, but let down by other key departments. Wont be staying again.

With their smiling faces, warmth, professionalism, and attentive service, they created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel special every step of the way. There wasn't a single moment during my visit where I felt disappointed or let down.
