직원들이 정말 친절하고 고객을 기억하고 적절한 대응이 좋았다. 조식이 맛있고 뷰가 좋으며, 수영장이 최고다.

식사가 만족스러움. 호텔은 깨끗함.

The hotel had excellent service with knowledgeable staff helping out with transportation and directions. Nearby the airport that the transport to airport was 30 min or less. Breakfast and the restaurant was a little expensive but the quality was one of the best I have ever had, even in other Marriotte hotels. The downside is that that the beach was not as pretty as I had hope for (may be it is due to moonsoon season). If you are traveling for meetings in south mumbai, you should at least prepare for 1~1.5 hours on cab depending on traffic. Traffic mumbai is just crazy.

All was excellent except the too high Air Conditioning. To eat at the restaurants one needs a jumper or a coat. Have Marriott Hotels never heard of a thermostat? A pleasant 22C with air conditioning would have been comfortable and fine.

The experience was just ok. Especially since I had stayed at another JW Marriott property a week prior . Room service food was terrible- greasy. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the toilet water kept running.

Even with renovations going on this was an excellent stay . Amazing gym and trainers were attentive and helpful , all staff were friendly and attentive Would stay here again

Good beach front property in a bustling city. Very comfortable and looks like another world when you enter the rear side of the property near the pool in such a cramped city.

I hadnt stayed at the JW Juhu in over a decade and I am glad to note that I absolutely enjoyed the visit and your team's professionalism. I used the gym, the spa and the exec lounge - team was exceptional. Keep up the good work!

Ladies at reception very welcoming, above and beyond. Room service attendant was great always made my room look spotless. Staff a amazing here.

We appreciate the top notch staff at the JW Juhu. Everybody is great, should mention the best chef in the Lounge Sakshi for the most excellent mysore masala dhosa preparations and the most courteous manager in the lounge and Lotus Rajkumar!!

The staff work to make check in a breeze and the hotel works to put their guests comfort first. The spa is world class and the women there went out of their way to offer first class service. Ratan and Vrusinali are both spectacular but all the women there were terrific. One surprise highlight was the executive lounge with Rajkumar, Athens, Harsh, Viraj and Makkan was a place where I felt welcomed but also my privacy was respected. I’ve not been a huge fan of JW but the experience with the team was great. Only down side is the inaccuracy of the pictures for the rooms - I had booked a room with a bathtub but when I called to let them know the man at the front desk asked that I come down to “show” him proof and then stated that it would cost more for a room with a tub. Oy. Other than that it was a good hotel made excellent by the spa and exec lounge. Namaste
