Hotel itself and amenities are fantastic but sadly majority of staff have no people skills in hospitality. They can be rude and disrespectful. This is my second stay here and we have them the benefit of doubt and stayed again but it was the same. Will not recommend or stay here again

Staff are extremely slow.
They lack common sense.
You have to pay for Orange Juice in breakfast.
They have more staff than actual people in the restaurant for dinner and even then they can’t manage to serve hot food.
20mins to bring one roti out that was served cold, I said it’s cold to the staff & the reply was I know. Why serve cold roti? A plate was broken by my daughter 20mins later the smashed plate was still on the floor.
All the restaurant staff need re-training including the manager as nobody seems to know what’s going on or basic hospitality service
