Reception staff including managers very inconsiderate

For india youve got to keep an open mind, however for a western chain one would expect consistency within the same walls at the very least. After catching a glimpse of another floor in the hotel i was a bit surprised to see that the one I was on was much more outdated and dingy. Cleanliness again can only be attributed to the standard in the area itself so not much to complain about. The food was good and service was fair. Curious as to other options in the area for next time.

Nice hotel with an awesome breakfast buffet. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Do not stay here. It is one of the most expensive hotels in Ludhiana but absolutely not worth it. Drilling during massage. Hammering sounds whilst in room, party prep noise early morning. When checking in, given zero info on hotel. Tv had to call a man to get is working. In room telephone really bad, wifi stopped working every day. No umbrellas by pool( see photo) so almost impossible to sit out. Hole by tap, electrical socket in bathroom comes away from wall. This is a hotel in need of renovation. The staff are very nice but often clueless and just saying anything hoping you will believe them( hammering noise is the air con!!) ( wifi will be back on on 10 minutes). They took food bill off.. 2 bowls of dhall and some chappatis. I have never posted a bad review of a hotel before.. I will be contacting radisson head office

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon but that was a pretty bad call on our part. The AC in the room didn't work and the room was hotter than the lobby. After about an hour of trying to fix it at 4 in the morning, they offered us a tower fan. I hope this is not a standard for all the 5 star hotels. When we returned after the reception, a huge mirror in the washroom had fallen down over the flush. It could have been pretty back if the mirror had fallen when either of us were using the washroom. The only saving grace was the mirror didn't break when it fell but I wouldn't want to be there if it breaks the next time it falls. Only when we decided to checkout did they offer us a different room but it was after 5 and it was pretty pointless to pack everything and more to a different room for a few hours.

The bed had damaged springs. The bathroom did not hv a faucet. The linen wasnt very clean. The rooms were old and the fabric on furniture with spots (like they were old)

Room was clean and appeared well appointed but some minor issues.

Nice comfortable stay. Neat and clean rooms. Good choice of food on buffet. Allowed us early Check in. Recommended.

So so. Nothing really bad or good. The only two things that were dealbreakers (meaning I won’t go back): (1) really saggy mattress, and (2) security lock broken off so that i couldn’t bolt the the door from the inside.

Room was not clean used bedsheets, room was not cleaned properly. Front desk people dont pick up your call doesnt matter how many times you call them, instead you to go down to front desk for service. Name is radisson bt service is like 2 star hotel.

Our six-day stay in a junior suite offered a mixed experience. The first three days were disappointing: the initial room was cold, had a persistent bathroom odor, poor electrical outlets, no hair dryer, a non-functional safe, creaking wooden floors, and an unstable TV. Power outages occurred several times, though the hotel’s backup generator restored power quickly. The breakfast selection felt unbalanced, with limited options for guests with dietary restrictions such as celiac disease. However, the stay improved significantly after our room was changed on the third day. The new room had a proper safe, marble flooring with no noise, a functioning TV, better internet, and an overall more comfortable environment. Once our dietary needs were clearly communicated, the staff became much more flexible, attentive, and helpful, and the overall service level improved notably. While the hotel has potential, the contrast between the first and second half of our stay was striking. The improved room and more responsive service elevated the experience, but the initial issues indicate important areas where the hotel could strengthen consistency and quality.

Washrooms were not clean

The chair in the room has stains. I did not use it. When I first tried to shower, there was no hot water. Had to call the plumber. The tissue paper and toilet paper ran out quickly. Staff at front at bottom entrance and at check in were great. Manager at cafe delish did not do well when I came to eat before dinner buffet on Nov 22. I wanted to order off menu. He ignored me. It took 15 minutes for someone to help me.
