Noisy, noisy, noisy. All the floors open onto a central atrium where the restaurants are located. It was impossible to get away from the sound of the piano being banged on or the loud guests having meals. I was ignored when I asked for a quieter room and had to walk down to the desk before any attempt was made to move me.

A good hotel for business travel , a clean and beautiful property however the staff from
reception to restaurant , and everyone in a suit is not engaged ... they lack motivation .. they lack courtesy ... they lack professionalism ..
the subordinate staff - bell boys , gatekeepers , and drivers wants to work and have the required courtesy but the pressure on them can be felt ... I will stay again to indirectly learn leadership ... you shoul not if you want to enjoy food and facilities

Comfortable stay. Neat n tidy hotel. Staff were helpful when necessary.....but why are staff members so stern when you approach them.....,they need to be friendlier, more open warm and welcoming.....I found this in a few of them. I do stay I. Various hotels and I could tell the difference of staff warmth and reception.
My check out was pleasant....
