Noisy, noisy, noisy. All the floors open onto a central atrium where the restaurants are located. It was impossible to get away from the sound of the piano being banged on or the loud guests having meals. I was ignored when I asked for a quieter room and had to walk down to the desk before any attempt was made to move me.

A good hotel for business travel , a clean and beautiful property however the staff from reception to restaurant , and everyone in a suit is not engaged ... they lack motivation .. they lack courtesy ... they lack professionalism .. the subordinate staff - bell boys , gatekeepers , and drivers wants to work and have the required courtesy but the pressure on them can be felt ... I will stay again to indirectly learn leadership ... you shoul not if you want to enjoy food and facilities

Staff were helpful when necessary.....but why are staff members so stern when you approach them.....,they need to be friendlier, more open warm and welcoming.....I found this in a few of them. I do stay I. Various hotels and I could tell the difference of staff warmth and reception. My check out was pleasant....
