Amazing experience here - really enjoyed the whole experience with everyone working togeher at the hotel to make our stay one that we will not forget, situated in the beautiful city of Agra.

The receptionist staffs and breakfast room and dinning areasstaff were very helpful, professional and courteous. Breakfast had plenty of variety and different choices of food. The evening buffet food had multiple choices and the staff & Cook were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.only roof terrace Swimming pool had verycold water . We enjoy our stay and will visit again

We stayed at the Taj Agra during our trip, and the experience was comfortable, and exactly what you expect from a Taj property. The hotel has a level of polish that makes the stay feel special from the moment you arrive. Our room was spacious and well maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout. The staff were courteous and professional, always ready to help with anything we needed. The dining options were excellent. The location is perfect for visiting the Taj Mahal, which made our early‑morning visit incredibly convenient. Being able to reach the monument so quickly was a huge plus. We were traveling with our one‑year‑old, and the team was very accommodating helping with small requests, ensuring we were comfortable, and making the stay smooth for our family. Overall, a refined and memorable stay in Agra, with the signature Taj hospitality throughout

Everything was good - service, staff, facilities

Service was excellent!! Particularly the housecleaning staff and breakfast staff!

Everything was top notch, giving a shoutout to the 20 min Taj show. Rooms were quite spacious. Everything you would expect from Taj hotels and more.

Room was disappointing and unusual for the Brand. The room smelled like old tobacco, very musty. I understand that the facility is being renovated, so would expect the usual Taj excellence to be restored soon.
