The receptionist staffs and breakfast room and dinning areasstaff were very helpful, professional and courteous. Breakfast had plenty of variety and different choices of food. The evening buffet food had multiple choices and the staff & Cook were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.only roof terrace Swimming pool had verycold water . We enjoy our stay and will visit again

We stayed at the Taj Agra during our trip, and the experience was comfortable, and exactly what you expect from a Taj property. The hotel has a level of polish that makes the stay feel special from the moment you arrive. Our room was spacious and well maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout. The staff were courteous and professional, always ready to help with anything we needed. The dining options were excellent. The location is perfect for visiting the Taj Mahal, which made our early‑morning visit incredibly convenient. Being able to reach the monument so quickly was a huge plus. We were traveling with our one‑year‑old, and the team was very accommodating helping with small requests, ensuring we were comfortable, and making the stay smooth for our family. Overall, a refined and memorable stay in Agra, with the signature Taj hospitality throughout

Unable to sleep good due to a lot of different noises. I think the location of the room was not adequate, was right next to the restaurant. And sometime around 3 in the morning very loud music playing.

The room was the very luxurious and spacious. It was the best part of our stay. This is a big impersonal hotel that caters for many guest staying at the same time. As such, it lacks the personal caring service we received from other Taj Hotels. Some of the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. That said, some staff were very friendly and helpful. So, there is poor consistence of service. I couldn't help feel that any offer of help was motivated for the tip rather than a genuine desire to help. The gym is well equipped but a number of the exercise machines were faulty or not working.
