Mosquitoes in room just ruin the experience. Staff was quick to address any issues and with the service. My room was Superior Panoramic Room, but with room on lower floor and trees around does not provide panorama view so room was provided incorrectly with broken tap

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The moment I entered the room, I was hit with a terrible smell. I soon realized the flush wasn’t working, so I contacted the front desk and they sent someone to fix it. Although he got it working again, the flush wouldn’t stop running afterward, which made things even worse.
I requested a room change, but the process took longer than it should have. Overall, the experience was inconvenient and far from what I expected. I hope the hotel improves its room maintenance and response time moving forward.
