Room was clean, regularly cleaned, staff where very responsive and helpful, Breakfast Buffet spread was very decent, Location was great, next to TTD Padmavathi temple on the one side and close proximit to Pondy Bazar and outside restaurants too. In Room Dining was also very prompt and of good quality and taste

Mosquitoes in room just ruin the experience. Staff was quick to address any issues and with the service. My room was Superior Panoramic Room, but with room on lower floor and trees around does not provide panorama view so room was provided incorrectly with broken tap
