We booked 2 king size bed room but when we check in midnight. The reception checked us in in 2 twin bed room. And after complaining they can only change one room to king size.

The property is very nice and the staff is outstanding. I wish I had more time to enjoy the facilities as the pool was very inviting. Maybe next time!

I stayed in Trident first time and really enjoy this neat, elagant and friendly hotel. The wooden decoration is not fency but make the room stable. Everyrhing is just good enough. Not over neither less. The most important, since stepping into the hotel, you feel very easy to interaction with the staffs. Definitely here willl be my favorite hotel in Chennai.

This is a very nice airport hotel, in principle. The architecture has very clean lines and the eyes come to a rest after coming in from the frenetic traffic in Chennai. There is also hardly any noise in the garden and the building which allows relaxation. However, we were a bit unlucky. The swimming pool was full of microbes and the water did not seem the get exchanged as the freshwater jets were out of order. The loungers around the pool were full of ants and I went to my room feeling I needed a shower to get rid of all the insects who had been digging into my skin. Even worse, the food in the restaurant made me feel more sick than in two pregnancies. We did not need to pay for the meal or shuttle to the airport, and I fortunately reached Europe without further problems as I could cope with diet Coke. I could sleep on and off nevertheless as a prep for the time difference.

綺麗で暖かいお湯も出て、食事も選択権があり良かったです。　受付のスタッフは少し適当な事を言う人でしたが、こちらが少し指摘すると改めてくれたので良かったです。　空港までの送迎も時間単位では無くお願いした時間で送迎してくれるので助かりました。

Wonderful staff and hospitality

We stayed one night only... it was great hotel with good food. Great location for the airport the next morning... Wonderful pool... with picturesque setting. Great staff and service especially the restaurant team, Vinoth in particular went above and beyond... Front door staff were very welcoming too.

Airport Shuttle inklusive, großartiges Personal in allen Bereichen. Suuuuuper Frühstück. Es waren nur 2 Nächte, aber wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. 5 Sterne!!!

Older property, well kept. Very little space in lobby to sit and hang out. Bar is closed off and stuffy. Food options are average.

The staff are very welcoming and the hotel has a wonderfully classic ambiance.

The room was advertised as for 4, but apparently only fits 2. The pictures posted on Expedia are deceptive. I would avoid this fraudulent hotel. No transparency is a very big red flag!
