我想再次回到卡西亚酒店，酒店周围都是森林，而且与海滩相连，房间宽敞、干净，工作人员也很友好

两年后，我们回到了对家人来说非常舒适的地方，尤其是我的孩子们，他们在这里真的感觉很自在。这里提供的体育活动越来越多。最令人愉快的一次是在下午，当我们在泳池里享受氛围时，一位体操教练来到我们身边，播放着音乐，并立即指导我们一起做有氧运动。我们立刻在泳池里开心地跟着他的动作，他总是给人一种非常积极向上的感觉，让游泳时的氛围更加愉快。他叫本尼先生，谢谢您，先生。所有的客人都为此感到由衷的高兴。 总之，非常感谢你们所有人，非常满意，非常开心。😉

我在这里住了一晚，预订了 4 个房间。工作人员很友好，入住和退房手续很便捷，适合家庭、情侣/社区聚会的氛围，干净漂亮的海滩，漂亮的游泳池，漂亮的花园，餐厅的食物非常美味，这个地方真的值得一游。 😍😍😍😍😍

Mostly bule, tapi salut banget sama service-nya yang nggak bedain treatment ke orang lokal (INA) atau bule, mereka tidak pilih kasih ramahnya.. Pertahankan ya, cassie friend 🫶🏻 untuk facilities-nya komplit bangettt. Saran aja untuk bawa bahan makanan karena 12 km lebih untuk keluar dari resort untuk ketemu Alfa atau Indomaret. Bintang 5 buat fasilitas dan service-nya.

Karena berada di daerah pulau, maka sudah dipastikan suasananya sepi, namun tetap dapat suasana indahnya serta kenyamanan yang luar biasa, hanya makanan yang harus lebih diperhatikan lagi.

Celebrating my father's birthday by staying at this hotel and it is not a wrong choice. They were beyond happy spending time there.

One bedroom twin harga jauh lebih mahal tapi kamar sama hanya tempat tidur saja jadi 2 single bed. Padahal di kamar one bedroom dengan harga lebih murah bisa request 2 single bed. Aneh nya di tanggal yang berbeda. Antara one bedroom dan one bedroom twin harga nya sama.

Tidak bosen-bosen setiap nginap di Cassia 💜.

Cassia hotel is very clean, room also very clean but pillow is too soft. Need improvement on providing new water bottle type but not refill glass type. The breakfast is acceptable. The staff is friendly, nice pool, good activity Aqua Zumba, turtle release, night music. Overall good, worth a visit.

Good place but bad service. Also the worse thing is that they put two bedroom title on the type of room lists. But turns out they provide the twin bed on one room and expect us to order the extra bed by paying extra $ 70 (because we booked the room online). Thanks Cassia for the experience.

The check-in experience was really bad. I need to explain on what my Platinum status at Accor is entitled for. After they understood, they argue about my Accor Plus paid membership. It seems they are not trained for this, while Banyan Tree group is part of Accor membership. The problem settled, then I asked if I got an upgrade. The staff was so unfriendly responding that I could get an upgrade but I need to wait for undefined timing. I spent the time and had lunch in their restaurant, while keep checking if the room was ready. The staff keep saying since I asked for an upgrade, then I need to wait. It was 2.30 hours without any result, so I escalated the issue and asked to talked to the GM as their attitude was simply unacceptable. But they said I can just talked to the Assistant Manager, which I did and he kept saying the same thing. This was really not an Accor standard of service.
