很满意这个酒店，除了装修风格很喜欢外，植栽的功力就是能让你处处赏心悦目。感觉更像是Boutique Hotel，好处就是不会有Grand Hotel那种人很杂的感觉，服务能更贴心更有人情味。另外值得一提，早餐的地方很美，身处在鲤鱼池和美丽的园林里，还有当然就是超级好吃。

This is my return stay in Uma Como Ubud. Everything perfect, always helpful staff, nice view pool villa, tasty food in their restaurants. Location is a far away from Ubud center, but they have free shuttle every 2 hours. Take 3 minutes to Nuri’s pork rib. Spa inside Como is superb, highly recommended.

Very good hotel. We stayed with COMO for our honeymoon in Maalifushi and decided to stay with them for our getaway. No disappointments and everything was great. Service excellent!

I enjoyed my stay in Como Shambahla Estate so much that I decided to experiment Como Uma this time. The details in the room are up to international standard, like luxurious bath ropes, chemical free cosmetics products from Como Shambahla, Bose mini hifi.....Surprises are stand-alone bath tub next to floor-to-ceiling window with natural sunlight, your own sunbathing chairs with quality towels in the terrace....beautiful turn down service with nice candles in the Terrance...quality, free yoga class with a breathe taking view and relaxing breeze. The pool side bar that I love so much offers international and Indonesian or fusion cuisine and healthy fresh made juice served with home made Italian bread, and always recharge battery of my iPhone . The view with exotic trees is very relaxing and facilities are luxurious and comfortable. Quality, thick and super clean towels, which can be rare sometimes, are well prepared for each sunbathing lounge with thick cushion. Breakfast venue has a nice fish pond view. Love their crispy fresh home made granola. Toasted, thin sliced coconut over pancake in the breakfast is a surprise. Food and juice is always yummy. Free transportation offered to and from Como Shambahla estate to have meals there. Services from front desk to restaurants are excellent and up to international standard too, staff who speak fluent English (better than many other hotels in Bali I have to say) are always eager to offer something extra.

The staff of this hotel is very lovely that: most of them remembered all the names of our family members. They proactively offered help when my elder son broke his lip in the room after he was knocked down. The hotel staff tried to offer as much assistance as they could like nursing, doctor consultation, etc. Though I did not need those, they came to my room to provide bandage and so on. And after a day and so, some of the staff also asked if we still needed any help. We felt the warmth from their enthusiasm. When I checked out, the staff offered me the hotel keychain because I indicated I like it but could not find it in the market. It was such a lovely experience that if I go to Ubud again, this hotel would always be my first choice. Last but not least, thanks to our hotel tour guide Anom who has been very helpful throughout our stay.

My family stayed at Uma for 3 nights, and we enjoyed every minute of it. Nestled in a wonderful surrounding, the hotel design is elegant yet so relaxing and welcoming, truely reflecting the COMO spirit. During our stay, we had a unfortunate traffic accident out in Ubud township, which with the kind and generous help from the entire hotel team, resolved without further complications. I want to thank the entire Uma team again for creating such great memories and I hope ti see you all soon.

Clean room, welcoming staff, TOP OF THE LINE FRENCH TOAST AND VEGGIE OMELETTE for breakfast. Them staff also helped organize my tour as well. Great experience all around.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very special. Everywhere we went, the staff remembered our names and went out of their way to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Our room was STUNNING with views out over the valley, and the outdoor shower was an unexpected and liberating treat! Almost everything we did whilst we were in Bali was arranged through the hotel and charged to our room so we never had to worry about having cash. They were even on WhatsApp if we were out and about and needed a car back to the hotel. The daily complimentary yoga and walks are a really nice addition and lots of excursions to choose from, and if chilling is on the agenda then the pool area is beautiful with great service from the pool bar team. I couldn’t say enough good things about this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone and everyone…we will be back!

Superfin rum! Varje gång vi var ute hade personalen fräschat till rummet. Det var mkt diskret gjort då vi aldrig la märke till ngn städpersonal. Trevlig personal och mkt bra mat. Även en bra barnmeny i restaurangen för lunch och middag. Hade kunnat önska ngt mer barnvänligt alternativ på frukosten då öven pannkakor och french toast hade lite vuxna smaker.

There everything is thought about calm serenity and voluptuous … every detail from the breakfast to the bridge over the pound but what makes this place very special is the kindness and attention of the staff

Hotel muito bom ! Funcionários gentis e prestativos , quarto em que fiquei excelente , café da manhã ótimo e spa bom e se vc for sair na madrugada o hotel providencia um café da manhã , o que é magnífico , raríssimos hotéis tem esse serviço !!

Beautiful hotel that really lets you connect to nature. I think the level of service and luxury is a bit better at the Canggu branch but loved the spacious rooms here. Breakfast everyday was a real delight and the staff were so friendly - they especially went out of their way for my sisters birthday to make it a special occasion. My only gripe is the shower amenities - it’s a horrible smelling product. Almost like a medicinal smell. This was very off putting and should be replaced. Appreciate it’s from the Spa (which was fantastic) but this isn’t a pleasant smell.

Gorgeous and lush setting. The food was amazing - breakfast was great and dinner at the on site Italian was good as well. The pool villa was not as large as I expected but it was well maintained and whisper quiet.
