all the service was perfectly nice. specially very cool and nice wind through the tree blows in the swimming pool.. very calm and best place for healing. definately wish to go again.

Clean room, welcoming staff, TOP OF THE LINE FRENCH TOAST AND VEGGIE OMELETTE for breakfast. Them staff also helped organize my tour as well. Great experience all around.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very special. Everywhere we went, the staff remembered our names and went out of their way to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Our room was STUNNING with views out over the valley, and the outdoor shower was an unexpected and liberating treat! Almost everything we did whilst we were in Bali was arranged through the hotel and charged to our room so we never had to worry about having cash. They were even on WhatsApp if we were out and about and needed a car back to the hotel. The daily complimentary yoga and walks are a really nice addition and lots of excursions to choose from, and if chilling is on the agenda then the pool area is beautiful with great service from the pool bar team. I couldn’t say enough good things about this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone and everyone…we will be back!

Superfin rum! Varje gång vi var ute hade personalen fräschat till rummet. Det var mkt diskret gjort då vi aldrig la märke till ngn städpersonal. Trevlig personal och mkt bra mat. Även en bra barnmeny i restaurangen för lunch och middag. Hade kunnat önska ngt mer barnvänligt alternativ på frukosten då öven pannkakor och french toast hade lite vuxna smaker.

There everything is thought about calm serenity and voluptuous … every detail from the breakfast to the bridge over the pound but what makes this place very special is the kindness and attention of the staff

Beautiful hotel that really lets you connect to nature. I think the level of service and luxury is a bit better at the Canggu branch but loved the spacious rooms here. Breakfast everyday was a real delight and the staff were so friendly - they especially went out of their way for my sisters birthday to make it a special occasion. My only gripe is the shower amenities - it’s a horrible smelling product. Almost like a medicinal smell. This was very off putting and should be replaced. Appreciate it’s from the Spa (which was fantastic) but this isn’t a pleasant smell.

Gorgeous and lush setting. The food was amazing - breakfast was great and dinner at the on site Italian was good as well. The pool villa was not as large as I expected but it was well maintained and whisper quiet.

Excellent property close to centre of Ubud

PROS: Exceptional service and property quality, staff went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious, and I loved that the staff remembered me without asking for my room number each time. They even offered half portions so I could sample more dishes on the menu. The massage was at luxury hotel rates, but the best I’ve had in Bali. Location is slightly outside downtown Ubud, but easy to reach by Grab bike. CONS: Free morning yoga was a nice perk in theory, but the class and instructor quality were disappointing compared to other places in Bali.Unfortunately, I also got bug bites during the yoga session. Overall Takeaway A truly comfortable and high-quality stay with exceptional service, amazing massages, and memorable breakfast. If yoga in site isn’t a priority for you, this is an excellent choice just outside the busier part of Ubud.

Fantastic service from the moment we arrived to when we left, from every member of the team. Really good food options and one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had. Good range of activities for both adults and children. Really recommend staying at Como Uma Ubud!

Great experience all round

- All staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. I would come back COMO because of their services! I wish I could name all of them throughout my stay. - Shambhala Spa is a Heaven. Rathi did all my services for 4 days. Love her attentiveness and massages. - COMO makes great effort to maintain the landscape, the layout of the property is well designed. I literally stayed in for an ultra relaxing stay. - The breakfast selection is good, it has daily selection to add on some variety. Other observations that needs maintenance - the shower head in the room is a letdown, the down light in the room also started to flicker. There is mould on the long mirror in the room, shouldn’t happen for the premium room rate.

A boutique hotel with only 40 rooms, spacious rooms, with impeccable service. They knew the guests by the name which was very impressive. Great food, yoga and Gym. The pool bar restaurant and Italian food restaurant are worth a try

This hotel is quite far from the airport but it’s a nice area. Hotel has bus shuttles to town. Short cab ride takes u to the Cretya Club where u can see tegalalang, have a dip in the pool and dine in a nice restaurant. Hotel is also near monkey forest. Staff have recommendations on activities and restaurants nearby. I must say all the staff were very warm, polite and service was top notch. Bfast was splendid.
