乾淨方便位置也不錯，很安靜

1,前台主動升等房型，意外驚喜。 2,房間空間算大，乾淨，床好睡。住泳池旁，開落地窗房內有蚊子，但住二天沒被叮。 3,清潔迅速。 4,早餐精彩，有現做單點，也有現成自助式。 5,有飯店接駁車到定點，但只有單程，一天四班。

The poolside is good for relaxing. What amazes me is the sunset views from our room and their rooftop bars, which is absolutely stunning! But it’s located in a quieter area so if you don’t hv a bike or ready to walk under the sun to get to the Main Street for food, may be difficult to get around.

Far from Main Street, not recommand for family

A lot of staffs are new and no enough training. Swimming pool is good but not clean enough. Dinner buffet with limited foods. Location not good.

酒店環境舒服、房間樓低高空間感很大、早餐不錯、酒店每個位置設計得好靚令人感到放鬆、住沙灘步行約20分鐘、mini bar 首一天免費而且酒店用餐價錢不貴每晚八時至十時甜品有半價、酒店每日都會送上朱古力、每日四時至六時又會送下午茶、這個價錢得到意想不到的服務、十分推介！不過我們遺留了usb在酒店、但酒店不能寄回給我們所以希望酒店可以加入這個服務就好了

頂樓的ＢＡＲ可以邊用餐邊看日落！ 有接駁車可以到附近的點，但是只送你去，回來要自己想辦法！

The location is not good in the rural of seminyak. Room is clean. No sunlight cames into our room. Breakfast quality is not ok.

Good hotel with smiling-face staffs, willing to serve or help the guests. Especially a staff named Gede, he has done his professional to let us enjoy the stay.

All the staffs showing smiles to every guest, so nice to assist when needed help. Breakfast provided is good enough no matter you are Western or Asian. Have to mention a staff named Gede, he is helpful during our stay period, guiding us somewhere to go, showing his professional services.

Very good service and good price. The location is rather isolated though it provides a few shuttle service to town. The spa closed too early and nothing to do in the evening. Suggest the hotel to arrange massage service at room in the evening after the spa closed.

I feel bad leaving a less than stellar review as the staff were so friendly, lovely and attentive and I also liked the room itself. It's definitely had some noticeable wear and tear, especially in the bathroom, but the bed was very comfortable, lighting was thoughtful and I enjoyed the design and layout. However the room is advertised as a "pool view" And that was absolutely not what it was. It was a view of the hallway and you can technically see the pool if you crane your neck over the balcony. Due to this the room receives very little natural light or airflow, which makes it feel dark and musty and the balcony is basically unusable... This was not what I was expecting and I would have been very disappointed if I was staying longer than 2 nights. Due to this, I wouldn't stay again as I feel you can get better value accommodation close by.
