Great location close to the beach and nice restaurants. The staff are always so friendly and welcome you like family. I've stayed many times and will again soon.

If you want to sleep, then don't book this hotel. There were people partying/playing music and making loud noices in the middle of the night -waking us up all nights we spent here (hostel vibe). Went to the reception who finally told them to be quiet. I think the hotel/receptionist should have acted on this by making sure that people are not making loud noices in the common areas at night, since it's not up to the paying customers to tell other customers to be quiet. Additionally, there were no hooks for the towels, which would be nice to have. Otherwise, the stay was ok, super friendly staff, but mediocre breakfast.

Wonderful staff, great location and good room. Only criticism would be that the bathroom could do with an update or refresh, otherwise perfect.

Die Lage ist ganz gut. Die Bilder der Zimmer wurden geschönt. Die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Badezimmer war am schlimmsten (gelb verfärbte Klobrille, etc.) Es sind leider nur 2 schmale Pools vorhanden, die mit Poolzugang aus den Zimmern im Erdgeschoss erreichbar sind. Dadurch ist es nicht so toll diese zu nutzen, wenn man keinen Poolzugang hat. Frühstück war okay und der Ausblick von der Dachterasse ganz schön.

AC didn’t get very cold & shower didn’t get very hot. Hopefully all the rooms aren’t like that. Very friendly staff & good location.

Really lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Pool area is nice and rooms were clean and a nice size. AC in the room worked well. Breakfast was really nice.

I had checked in to the property and told them it was just me and that I only needed one key. A man who I had previously met, knew where I was staying and asked for my room number at the front desk. They called me on my room phone and then called me about eight times on my cell phone from the hotel front desk. He went up to my room with one of the front staff people, and they knocked on my door several times, when I didn’t answer, the staff person unlocked the door for this person. Thankfully, I had it latched from the inside and he wasn’t able to gain access. I was really upset and felt very unsafe and wondered what would’ve happened if I hadn’t been in my room? Would they have let him just roam around inside of the room waiting for me? What if he gone through my baggage and taken my passport? I recognize that we’re not in North America, but basic standards of safety for anyone traveling should be adhered to. Especially a single woman. I also gave it a three star rating because there was no blow dryer, and when I called to ask for an iron, they told me it was “still” broken. A hotel of this size in this location should definitely have at least a few irons if not one in each room. I also didn’t love the small recyclable plastic bottles. I would’ve been happy to see a water station in the hall like other hotels I had recently been in. This all being said, the staff were very nice and kind.

People were so kind. The location is close to Batu balong for surfing. Bed was very comfortable. Make sure you add on the breakfast, Puttu is an amazing and kind chef who worked many cruiselines. I enjoyed the variety of Indonesian dishes and soups. If you are picky they have breads, croissants,cereals,fruit and yoghurts too. The pool was very nice too to swim laps or just relax.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My room had a couple of issues but when I told the front desk, they had people take care of the issues right away. There were lots of ants in the room but it’s pretty common in Bali. Room service and location was great.

Love this property! Close to the beach, coffee, tons of restaurants and bars. If you’re looking to stay in the heart of the action, this is your place. If you want something more quiet, then maybe not. Staff is always super nice, I stayed for about a week and it was really so welcoming. Breakfast is good too!

Accueil super pour notre arrivée extrêmement tardive (3h du matin) et prise en charge très agréable après plus de 20h de voyage. La chambre était idéale pour un couple avec un enfant ! Notre bébé sait désormais dormir dans un grand lit. Pas de lit bébé, uniquement un lit 1 place 😉

The location was great. You’re surrounded by all these restaurants and shops. The beach is also very close by, about a 5 min walk from the hotel. The staff was also very friendly as well.
