the bed has ants crawling. other than that everything is good. The room area is big, got pools and good food choices.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is clean and beautiful. The food in Tree Bar is very tasty and with live music in certain time. The pools are clean. Spa facility is very good. We had 2 spa 2 days in a roll. In general, I enjoyed this trip very much!

Nice hotel, my wife and I chose Maya for our recent honeymoon trip in Bali. The room was upgraded, allowing us to get the direct access to the pool in front of the room. The view is very nice everywhere within the hotel, either the waterfront or the man made lagoon water pool. Frankly, it is not a big hotel compared with the adjacent ones like Hyatt, but it is a truest delicate place to stay especially for someone seeking for a quiet, convenient and beautiful view but without noisy crowd people. The only drawback is the toiletries provided are not high standard.

飯店位置不錯，很有設計感，鄰近熱鬧的街上，吃的餐廳很多，飯店安靜乾淨，早餐也算不錯！值得入住！

房間寬闊, 員工態度很好, 泳池環境很舒服, 周邊食市和Spa都有很多選擇, 價錢唔貴。

1. 入住"Deluxe Lagoon Access Room"房型, 房間很大/很舒適, 浴室設有兩個洗手台很貼心 2. 早餐除了開放到10:30的濱海餐廳(buffet), 還有另一間開放到15:00的套餐式早午餐可供選擇, 方便晚起 or 想換口味的客人, 這點很貼心 (buffet每天的菜色樣式是相同的~) 3. 房間外就有發呆亭, 泳池和海景也很棒 4. 走路就可以到Sanur的鬧區, 大街上有各式餐廳和小店 5. 離機場/水明漾約30~40分鐘的車程 (使用Uber/Grab約 7萬印尼盾, 蠻便宜的~) 6. 所有飯店人員的服務態度都很棒, 礦泉水也可無限索取, 也可延遲退房

這是一間非常好的酒店，附近有便利店和很多餐廳, 值得一讚所有服務員都非常友善主動打招呼，很有禮貌！ 酒店亦非常乾淨整潔，前台人員還提供很多活動資訊，如參觀Bali Zoo, sailing day trip....為我們安排好各種活動令旅程更加精彩！還每天提醒各活動的出發時間! Maya Spa按摩師都好專業，地方很舒適，令我們感到放鬆! 超讚！

My wife and I have stayed in this resort for nine nights. It is a beautiful resort with many environmental design details such as green roof garden, veranda with climbers plant, natural light through glass block and skylight. To sum up, it is a good modern beautiful, trendy and environmental resort. The beach is just outside the hotel and surrounded by natural rock barrier so the water is so calm. You can really enjoy swimming in the sea. The restaurants inside this resort are reasonably priced. I enjoy very much of the seafood platter (with grilled whole fish, lobster, prawns and squids including two glasses of wine) at the main restaurant. We could have our romantic dinner at a decorated over water pavilion without additional charge. Sure, if you want to have other choices, there are a lot of good restaurants just outside the resort, plenty of choices. We stayed at beachfront pool suite at 2/F. The private pool is so great with privacy. The laundry service charge is cheap and i really appreciated as i am always annoyed to wash my clothes in vacation. I have stayed in W retreat Resort and Spa, Bali several months before. Compared with W retreat Resort and Spa, although this hotel is so comparatively small, I still prefer this resort as it is more enjoyable without nuisance from noisy youngster holding party next to my villa at midnight and the price are reasonably charged. The hotel staff are helpful, cheerful and polite. It is an enjoyable trip. Thanks!

good service, nice design hotel, breakfast is fair

a brand new resort. i have stayed for 5 days there. the service is good and staff are nice and polite. staff greet to you and chat with you politely and make you feeling very warm. the room tidyong service is good. although the swimming pool is not large compared with others nearby, the environment is relaxing and romantic. i also tried the spa package which included tea set and dinner with my wife. the spa centre is relaxing. better try!

It is in a quiet-er area of Sanur on a street filled with shopping, massage and dining options. Staff was very nice. Hint: for transportation, instead of using hotel-arranged expensive option, use Grab an Uber-like app used in Indonesia as well as Singapore

I would highly recommend the Maya resort. A great place to stay. We'll be back!!!!

インフィニティプールでは寛ぐ事ができました。 スタッフの方は常に笑顔を絶やさず心地よい滞在となりました。 一点、朝食バイキングの内容が余り変わり映えせず滞在3日目で飽きてしまいました。

We have checked in at 11.30 but the room was not ready. as we come back at 14 they don‘t find our check in dates and they will the deposit twice, so that I must show them my receipt.
