Comfy room, the janitor always returns a neat room to me when i am back from the tiring trip. The receptionist are nice and helpful to solve your problem. I think the thing they can improve is the facillities in the gym room and the food of the breakfast buffet. The dessert/ pastry looks staying overnight. The hot food also doesnt taste nice.

房間很新很大，設備簡潔該有的都有，員工很親切，現代化設計，一樓泳池有樹蔭遮蔽很舒適，剛入房時有異味（新房子加消毒加香水味）冷氣開很強後味道就淡了，剛好這間的香水味是我不喜歡的。旁邊有間很棒的spa、換錢所，去海邊大概走10分鐘，地點不錯。頂樓bar有點吵，但還好只開到10點。

It was close to everything you need. Shopping restaurants money exchange laundry. Traffic can be a bit noisy ay night. Mostly the motorcycles. Housekeeping was a bit slack on one of the days just later in the day and forgot to leave fresh towels. It was sorted quick enough though. Would have been great to have an actual swim up bar. Top floor pool area had a bar close to the pool but not a swim up bar. Staff are always friendly. I didnt get breakfast included but did go once and there is a good selection. I would stay again.

Nice place centrally located in Legian. Everything was perfect. Some staff members was hard to communicate with with because of little or no understanding of English.
Water pressure in the shower was a bit bad. Except from that very good 😁👍

Happy hour is very fun and affordable. The staff was exceptional. Walking distance to the Main Street in Legian. The pools were small, but they are still ok. They just need more seating for tanning.

Very noisy day and night then they tried to charge us for bloodied sheets and a broken cup, then the driver to the airport tried to over charge us telling the hotel we hadn’t paid. Not happy won’t be back and would not recommend.

The room was terrible it has a full view of the main pool but you can hear everything from the road traffic to the music. It has not been a relaxing holiday at all. Getting to sleep is a nightmare. I’ve stayed before on level 3 and it was fine. This put me off having to come back! The room was ok but had to constantly ring about towels

For the cost of the hotel it was a great place to stay. Staff, in particular, Alit was amazing. Both pools were relaxing and of an evening the rooftop pool was an advantage as it was heated.
Only thing I could complain about was the noise from the traffic. It was horrendous. The first couple of nights it was that loud we kept thinking our balcony doors weren’t shut. It went on all day and night.
