Hotel yang nyaman, kamar besar dan nyaman, kamar mandi dengan toiletries lengkap, tempat tidur nyaman, bantal empuk-nya pas, sprei halus, wifi kenceng, makanan cukup lengkap dari western, asian dan local food dengan rasa cukup lezat, proses check in cepat, petugas resepsionis dan bellboy sangat ramah dan helpful.

Beautiful hotel, spacious, well renovated, many lighting in the room for different areas, hotel provided ample drinking water and complimentary minibar drinks, friendly front desk. Breakfast was a bit confusing for new guests, long and confusing waiting for services like juice and egg station, they lack clear signage about how to order juice and egg from staff who lack English conversation skills. Location was a bit far from many popular areas. It stated that there was a medical center within the hotel but it was closed when my family was sick and needed to access medical help. The room was locked and the front desk said it would be closed for the whole day. We did not use the service but the hotel offers free shuttle to and from the ferry, that is helpful.

I love the tranquil environment. Peace and quiet. Beautiful scenery of lake just looking out of my room window. The restaurants are excelent both in service and quality of food. The br3akfast was excellent. First time I experienced Teppanyaki Steak cooked in front of me for breakfast in hotel. Highly recommended. Will come again.

Best Western Premier 的房間都是大套房的格局。即日預訂也能體驗這酒店確實是性價比高，服務很好！職員友善， 常有笑容！ 這次住宿碰巧是我的生日，很晚才到達酒店，這酒店都為我送上驚喜，酒店的職員跟總經理一同送上蛋糕到房間，並唱生日歌為我慶祝，令我有深刻的住宿體驗，實在感動， 還可以延遲退房。 缺點是當地基建發展未發達， 到酒店的途徑不多，不方便， 又不能步行到達， 周邊地區都只能靠車出入， Mega Mall 有免費的接駁巴士接送，但有時間限制。 第一次晚上到達不知道，要打的去酒店， 晚上的的士司機較奸詐，說好價錢上車， 途中不時說服你要加錢，還有籠斷的士市場，grab用戶晚上不能下單， 下了單也被要求取消訂單。只能親身找的士到酒店。 酒店本身包早餐， 自助早餐款式多很好吃！ 可惜只是住了一晚。整體的服務和設施都很好很新淨！ 游泳池設計好漂亮， 環境優美。 這酒店還附有自費的Spa 店， 服務也不錯！ 有機會再來一定會再住這間酒店！

浴巾跟浴袍有污漬，浴缸沒有刷乾淨，在地墊上有類似訂書針的東西，有被刺到，想放水泡澡結果流出來的是黃水，持續放了20分鐘以上都還是沒改善，告知櫃檯後，隔天早上才修好，但是已經要退房了，服務人員的態度都還不錯 但是感覺很多地方還可以改善

Supposed the best hotel around Batam. Rooms are comfortable, but sound isolation is poor, I can hear others talking in their room. Light for the wardrobe was broken, as the doors were broken, the lights cannot switch off properly. There are shoe prints on the floor, probably they were housekeeper's shoes. There is not much around, but the hotel offers free shuttle bus connecting to other shopping malls. Breakfast is ok, but too many flies around. Restaurants are good and the price are reasonable, given you joined their membership already.

1. I mailed them in your app twice. They did not reply. It was indeed stressful for me! 2. They should refine their write up and say that they will pick you up from the Mega Mall which is just beside the Batam Center Ferry. 3. When they sent me back to the ferry terminal for my return trip home, they made a detour to another mall. This caused me to be very late for my ferry and I almost missed it! This stop was not informed to me before hand. Else I would have factored it into my time. 4. This hotel is not near any major mall. Overall, this has to do with their culture.

Always a great stay in Wyndham Panbil, whose name was Best Western. My family always stay in the hotel for few days every year. The lake view from hotel room or swimming pool offer a great view which makes it suitable place for healing. Top recommendation.

Book for a 2 Queen bed for 3 adults. According to hotel, they do not hv 2 Queen bed size options. Two adults had to squeeze onto one twin or superior single bed. Toiletries only cater for two, need to request.

I love the tranquility of the vicinity. It was relaxing. I love that it is near to the nature reserve too. The hotel provides shuttle services to the popular malls as well as the nature reserve.

Room is enough for couple staying in Batam. Location is about 15 to 20 mins away from the malls. Driver has to make a u turn to return back to the hotel and not ideal in a raining day or at night. Staff is friendly and helpful although breakfast on Sunday was chaotic. It was better managed on Monday.
