Khách sạn tiện nghi, phòng rộng rãi, tiện nghi, phòng tắm có đầy đủ đồ vệ sinh cá nhân, giường ngủ thoải mái, gối êm vừa phải, ga trải giường mềm mại, wifi nhanh, đồ ăn khá đầy đủ từ đồ Âu, Á, địa phương với hương vị khá ngon, quá trình nhận phòng nhanh, The nhân viên tiếp tân và bellboy rất thân thiện và hữu ích.
Beautiful hotel, spacious, well renovated, many lighting in the room for different areas, hotel provided ample drinking water and complimentary minibar drinks, friendly front desk. Breakfast was a bit confusing for new guests, long and confusing waiting for services like juice and egg station, they lack clear signage about how to order juice and egg from staff who lack English conversation skills. Location was a bit far from many popular areas. It stated that there was a medical center within the hotel but it was closed when my family was sick and needed to access medical help. The room was locked and the front desk said it would be closed for the whole day. We did not use the service but the hotel offers free shuttle to and from the ferry, that is helpful.
I love the tranquil environment. Peace and quiet. Beautiful scenery of lake just looking out of my room window. The restaurants are excelent both in service and quality of food. The br3akfast was excellent. First time I experienced Teppanyaki Steak cooked in front of me for breakfast in hotel.
Highly recommended. Will come again.
