Clean room but quite small, welcoming and sweet staff!! And it’s a plus to be able to walk down to Temple Bar, restaurants, shopping centers, pubs and more!!

Hotel locates near city center, can reach restaurants and shops easily. The hotel has some rooms elevator reachable and some not. The building is a bit old that you may feel upper floor people walking. The shower water is not hot enough, you may feel It fine in autumn but may not for winter.

The staff on reception were fine.
The room was absolutely awful. There is no air conditioning and even though the radiator was turned off the room gets really hot and makes it impossible to sleep.
So we thought we would open the window! But this hotel is directly opposite a bus depot and has a rail track going by. The busses and trains run all night!
So it’s a choice of no sleep due to heat or no sleep due to noise!
The noise is actually so loud you can hear it with the windows shut anyway.
Then to cap it off we went to the bar on our last night and had a few glasses of wine. The wine was fine if overpriced but then we asked to have one more glass and take it to our room and they said we could but the only glass they would let us take was a small dirty beer glass because the glasses apparently go missing! Nice!
