The hotel is situated about a 2 minute walk to the Connolly Street Station for train, bus and DART services. So it is very convenient and easy to find. Also it is vey walkable to many of the main tourist attractions of the city centre.
The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff were very accomodating in a few ways that we required.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for travellers wanting a decent,affordable and welcoming hotel with a nive breakfast.It does not pretend to be a top of the range hotel but offers great value for money.I would definitely stay there again.

The staff on reception were fine.
The room was absolutely awful. There is no air conditioning and even though the radiator was turned off the room gets really hot and makes it impossible to sleep.
So we thought we would open the window! But this hotel is directly opposite a bus depot and has a rail track going by. The busses and trains run all night!
So it’s a choice of no sleep due to heat or no sleep due to noise!
The noise is actually so loud you can hear it with the windows shut anyway.
Then to cap it off we went to the bar on our last night and had a few glasses of wine. The wine was fine if overpriced but then we asked to have one more glass and take it to our room and they said we could but the only glass they would let us take was a small dirty beer glass because the glasses apparently go missing! Nice!

Awesome. Our friend had a health issue while we were there, and the concierge arranged for him to see a doctor before opening hours. He was taken care of quickly and efficiently and is better now. I highly recommend this hotel due to the staff that they have there.

This property location is close to several hostels we noticed several streets and people that made us as travellers feel uncomfortable. Additionally the lay out of the hotel was very odd/confusing, and it smelled very strongly of wet paint at the time. The staff were accommodating though which was good!
