Felt that given what I paid, this was a bargain - turned up on off chance at 11.15am to ask for early check in not expecting it. They were able to accommodate and the reception team were super friendly and quite humorous as well so had smile on my face. Room was very good for what I paid - all in all, exceeded expectations.

Literally the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Dirty room and bathroom. I found some bugs on the bed frame and my husband and got bug bites all over our body after sleeping in the bed for 2 nights.
The room was so noisy facing the main street. It’s a rough area of Dublin. We could hear homeless people in the middle of the night. No proper sleep at all. We spent near £500 for 2 nights and it was a terrible experience.

The room was good, but there was only one elevator for the entire hotel as the other was broken. The service at the bar was atrocious. Every drink that was ordered was made wrong. Also we had to leave the windows open the entire time because the heat in the room was set to sigh and could not be changed.
