A warm, charming spot in a great location. The staff was just great. We had some trouble with part of our travel and they really helped out when they didn't have to. Made the whole stay just lovely.

Loved the location in proximity to the places in Dublin we ventured to. Also super convenient to get a taxi at the hotel, they wait right outside for customers! The staff was always super nice and friendly, and willing to answer silly questions.

I had to put this day last minute when Ryan air canceled my flight (surprise). I was pleasantly surprised with how nice and clean the hotel was. The checkout at noon was a nice perk as well.

A perfect stay at Cassidy's Hotel. Situated not far from the Post Office on O’Connell Street. Friendly and efficient staff who are most helpful. Great room. We had breakfast which was plentiful and certainly set us up for the day ahead.

Room very hot and stuffy.Porter opened window but had to keep it open overnight to cool down room and contend with the noise of the seagulls on the roof. TV remote provided but no TV in room Very clean and helpful staff

By far the nicest hotel I stayed in during my recent trip to Ireland and Scotland. I stayed at the beginning of my trip and again at the end. Two different rooms but both equally clean. Great bathrooms! Well lit. Good water pressure. Easy walk down O’Connell Street and over the river to get to Trinity College, the shops on Grafton Street, and the Temple Bar area. I opted to pay for breakfast each morning, which was a nice way to begin the day.
