reception-職員態度不錯。 酒店有電梯到各樓層，但唔知點解每層總有幾級樓梯才到房間，結果都係要搬行李。 房間燈光不足。 床，有時會有小昆蟲。 近馬路，嘈。 廁所沒有暖氣。 附近有2間酒吧，治安比較複雜。

Very clean room and location is great!

Very Handy Spot - almost across the Road from Heuston Train Station and the Luas ((Tram). Found the premises clean and well organized. Staff were welcoming. Reasonably priced too. I will stay there again

My first visit to Dublin and this hotel was perfect! It was a little way out from the City but a very easy walk and was nice not to be in the crowds. Right next to Phoneix I was actually able to catch the sunset before checking in. Soon as I entered it was an easy check in process (sadly didn’t get the gentleman’s name) so friendly and informative. Check out for 12 was also very generous. The hotel was very cleaned, smelled nice and the room had everything I needed. Very spacious for 1. There’s a Chinese a couple minutes away and they weren’t open again the hotel receptionist went out their way to call also suggested what to get. If I ever come back will be sure to stay here again!

Sehr nettes und engagiertes Personal. Die Zimmer sind im Grunde ausreichend groß, bei uns hing die Gardinenstange etwas aus der Wand gelöst und der Handtuchtrockner im Bad wurde nie warm, ansonsten war es gut und gemütlich. Zimmer sollten gut gelüftet und auch beheizt werden, da kleinere Schimmelbildung zu finden war. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, jedoch fehlte bei dem einen Mal, wie wir gefrühstückt haben, z.b. das typische Würstchen, Speck und Rührei, was es sonst standardmäßig immer gibt. Nichtsdestotrotz, die Brötchen, Croissants, Corn Flakes und auch der Kaffee, sind alle frisch und lecker. Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr gut gelegen, 5-7 Minuten bis zur Heuston Station, von wo aus man entweder zu Fuß weiterlaufen kann oder aber einen Bus nehmen kann oder auch die Bahn, wenn man als Tagesausflug in eine andere Stadt reisen möchte. Alles in allem eine sehr solide 4 von 5.

The room was clean and outlets limited. Tight space but met our needs for a short stay.

This was a lovely hotel. Nothing fancy, but very clean. It's a 5-minute walk to Heuston Train Station, which is why we chose it, as we were just in Dublin for the night and needed to catch an early morning train.

L'emplacement est très bien pour visiter la ville, proche de la gare, tramway et bus. L'hôtel est correct mais un peu cher en tous cas à la date ou nous avons été. Le personnel est très aimable.

This is a good standard hotel, which normally represents very hood value for money.

Excelente atención por parte del personal del hotel, en especial Mago. Gracias a todos por su calidez. El hotel es chiquito pero bonito y cómodo.

Good reception and rooms were very clean. Hot water ran out by late morning.

Helpful staff... noisy all night.. next to busy road

Easy to get to Temple Bar from. Good walks in Phoenix Park.
