Great location

Clean room

Very nice location near the Heuston train station and Dublin Bus drop off, allowed us to easily access the airport and trains to other locations in Ireland. The room was nice and accommodated all our needs for a quick overnight stay.

It is a well-maintained property at a fair price located perfectly for access to Heuston Station. There are numerous options nearby for a quick meal or snack.

We were given an option of a room with a view or a quieter room. Unfortunately the room with the view was a view of the intersection. There was no air conditioning and the room was stifling hot but if we opened it windows to let the air in it sounded like we were laying in the middle of the intersection. I wish we had known how loud it was when closing our room.

An ideal location with friendly and helpful staff. 🌟 My room was clean and comfortable and was serviced delay and supplied with fresh to towels and toiletries. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly return in the future. 🙂

A lovely hotel. Excellent staff and breakfast. Comfy bed, spacious room. The only downside is the feeble shower.

Room was clean and tidy. Complete with hairdryer. Bathroom a little on the small side. But functional. Apart from the toilet flush. A bit problematic but ok.

Rooms are spacious and there is a kettle. Hotel is close to tram and heuston Station. Tram is much faster than any bus. However if you get room towards main street You will have to sleep with closed window.

Location by Heuston station & Phoenix Park was a plus.

Nice Dublin location, very near the train station. They were friendly and accommodating to each request made to the staff.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were sparse, old and poorly done finishes. Nothing luxurious whatsoever. And it’s in a sketchy side of town. Way overpriced for what you get.

Definitely not 3 stars. Remodeled very small bathroom but the room reminded me of a dorm room.

Good value in a busy city at short notice. Clear that efforts are being made to improve the visitor experience - bed- and bathroom meticulously prepared and well presented. Exterior still looks a little shabby. Right on boundary of professional/modern zone by the Park/new housing development, with slightly run-down older residential streets. Parking can be tricky, with many dead-end/one way roads to navigate. Lot of traffic noise at night. Roughly 30 minutes’ walk to central/ Temple Bar area, but only 5mins to Museum tram stop.

We liked the location — a five-minute walk from the train station and also close to a nice park. The place was clean and the staff competent.

The hotel is marketed as 3-star and this is accurate. The bed was comfortable and the room clean, with a good shower. However, the radiators were on full blast when we arrived late at night, meaning that night's sleep was difficult, this was combined with the loud traffic from the nearby traffic light junction. The breakfast on offer however, was the most disappointing. As we didn't book directly we were to be charged €10 each for breakfast. This in itself was not a problem, however the breakfast on offer was extremely poor. A couple of small pastries, muffins, cheese and ham, was all that was available alongside standard cereal. This was not worth the money and it is highly suggested to visit local stores for a cheaper and better breakfast.
