Spotless. Fantastic suite and facilities on the river. Highly recommend

The room had no ventilltion/fan in bathroom, so when we arrived, there was condensation all over the windows and a dank smell. Told the stay, and I think they just wiped off the windows while we were out. Other than that, good location and price, so get what you pay for

It was nice but was given a handicap room that the shower flooded the entire bathroom and could tell it was an on going thing since the bathroom door on the bottom had water damage

Did not eat breakfast

Check in was welcoming and friendly. Room was comfortable. Pillows could have been firmer but that’s a personal choice. We ate in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was good. We used the pool for a swim. It is a little run down in areas. Breakfast was just ok. Only a few croissants left at 9.30 and not replenished. Coffee wasn’t great and the hot food was tepid. Nice stay overall though. The staff were very nice.

Clean and comfortable room. Very helpful front desk staff. Within short walking diatance to a few nice pubs and restaurants. Fabulous breakfast.

Very close to the city centre

Staff was wonderful and very courteous. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Dining was good, very pleasant stay.

Great location. Included breakfast buffet was exceptional. Everything was within walking distance including Sean's Pub and plenty of other bars and restaurants.

Exactly what you’d expect. Athlone was a daring little town, glad we passed through

Did not have breakfast but Bed was really comfortable and room was clean but view was terrible,Bathroom needed better lighting for shaving,overall nice Hotel.

Good Atmosphere, nice dining area beautiful lobby, carpet in room a bit grubby otherwise great room, and comfortable bed.

Hotel was very central to all shopping, and very accessible to all amenities. Regarding the parking was fine , with the exception of the electric car charging on site, the low charging station could take 2 cars but was continually occupied by one car for 3 days without moving from the station. No consideration for other electric vehicles trying to charge . To make matters worse the car was not fully electric but a Hybrid !!!! The only reason I could see for this ,the ev station is beside the Hotel entrance .When ones car is charged it should be moved to the hotel car park

Lovely hotel. The staff in the marine club were very friendly and accommodating. Room very nice. Very big bed. The only thing was we were beside the service closet so there was a lot of banging going on

Not much more to add, the location was very central to everything, however we did have difficulty finding the place based on the information provided by Google maps
