Camera spaziosa, silenziosa, pulita, arredata funzionalmente, materasso comodissimo e scelta di cuscini, set di cortesiain bagno completo e prodotti (shampoo, bagno schiuma, ecc.) in dispenseranzichè in confezionamento singolo per ecosostenibilità. Disponibile palestra interna. Disponibile ristorante interno. Disponibile parcheggio gratuito sufficiente per tutti gli ospiti. Reception sempre aperta con receptionist poliglotti. Location parzialmente periferica, cosa che costituisce più un pregio che un difetto stante le contenute dimensioni di Pisa e la severa difficoltà di parcheggio in centro. Colazione completa e di buona qualità, tipica di un 4 stelle: il possibile margine di miglioramento sarebbe nella preparazione espressa delle bevande calde, perchè nessuna macchinetta self-service farà mai un caffè o un cappuccino completamente soddisfacente per un italiano.

When we first got to the hotel the gate was closed hence we don't know where the parking is located. Our room is right at the end of the corridor and the slot where you need to put the card for power is behind the curtain instead of next to the entrance which 99.999% of hotels are (what a stupid design) and there's no signs saying where that slot is.
No shower or shampoo insider the bathroom and waited for 20 mins after asking reception still no sign of delivery ended up getting it myself at the reception. Power tripped at night no elevator and we walked back from ground floor to 8th floor. Air conditions is badly located with the vent blowing right into you face when lying down in bed. Very bad hotel I do not recommend anyone to stay there at all.

Very close to airport, ideal for catching morning flight particularly if you are driving. The room is clean and comfortable. However the worst is there is no free wifi in room. Only free wifi in the lobby area. Moreover, the room I had was very cold even when the air condition was off and there is no heater in room.

This is more like a hotel to me than the other "hotels" I stayed in my Italy trip, since the other hotels I stayed mostly are inside the city, believe that it is common in Italy that it is hard to find a proper hotel inside the city. For this hotel, it is nice, the design is modern. However, you should have a car rented to stay in this hotel as it is not near to the city. It got a big car park for free that you can park your car there. However, I don't know how come they don't have a shower screen inside the washroom... so, when you shower, most likely, you will make the whole washroom wet....

They call themselves the AC hotel but let me tell you no functioning AC! Had a terrible night sleep, trying to cool the room to a sensible temperature but the thermostat didn't go below 28 degrees. Hotel made no arrangements to help after giving feedback.

Chambre pas du tout insonorisée, on entend tout dans la chambre a côté.
Parking très cher 20 euros par nuit alors que l'on n'est pas en centre ville.
Le dimanche soir, c'est restauration rapide avec du surgelé.
Dans l'ensemble, cela ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles.

Te piden llegando un deposito obligatorio muy lto mas de 159 euros, adicional tu pago, el restaurante tiene costo alto y pocas opciones, el hotel esta muy lejano a la atracciones turísticas y son poco claros , no te dicen que te cobran lo del mini bar
