They call themselves the AC hotel but let me tell you no functioning AC! Had a terrible night sleep, trying to cool the room to a sensible temperature but the thermostat didn't go below 28 degrees. Hotel made no arrangements to help after giving feedback.

For a whole day, the shower hose was broken and they didn't have anyone to fix. The frontdesk told me they'll ask to the manager for compensation but they didn't reach me anymore for a week !! amazing expereince for this nice hotel lol

At first they gave us a handicap where the bath smell very bad and the wallpapers are falling down. They gave us another room…same as first handicap and others issues with the curtains broken etc. They don’t have any other room. Next morning for no reason the power shut down on just our room. Was a mess. Staff was excellent and they try to help of what were complaint.

The staff were very nice. The room was pretty spacious. I didn’t like how thin the walls are. You can hear door slamming loudly in the morning. There is no atm in the hotel, even though the hotel website stated it does. I requested for a few amenities, but never received. Generally speaking, the hotel will leave a bag by the door even I was not around but they didn’t do that.
