離聖馬可廣場近，早餐很不錯。唯一美中不足的是，從櫃台到房間要上下樓梯走，頗費力。我們行李很重，但好險可以請飯店幫忙。但離開時，櫃台人員說要看是否有人手，好險有，可以幫我們搬行李。

L'hotel è molto carino ma devo sottolineare che il personale non deve giudicare le persone dal loro aspetto. So perché mi hai chiesto se stavo confondendo il tuo hotel con un altro hotel. ad essere onesti, il tuo hotel non è costoso.

酒店位於聖馬可廣場旁邊，一條滿是商店的狹巷內，需要使用手機地圖協助到達。有升降機，房間的裝修古色古香，滿是紅色的牆紙及地氈，打開行李箱後房間非常狹窄。衛浴大致清潔，只是門未能上鎖。早上提供意大利風格早餐，8時左右餐廳非常多人，需要花一些時間尋找座位。 鄰近多個熱門景點，可以非常方便地在清晨欣賞聖馬可廣場的美景。從房間能聽到遠處的鐘聲，非常寫意。

The room was clean and the AC was great. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus

The hotel per se was fine. It’s an old property so I knew what to expect, the issue was the service, the staff at the front desk were rude and and ignorant, the ownership should definitely consider replacing them.

Very disappointing stay. I do not recommend this hotel. I booked a room for two nights, but when I arrived I discovered there was no refrigerator. I asked the reception if I could change to another room, but they refused and said it was not their problem. The hotel is very old, poorly maintained, and far below expectations. The room was extremely dirty, the bed was unclean and had a very unpleasant smell, and the bathroom had insects. I took photos as evidence. The reception staff were also very rude and unhelpful whenever I asked for assistance. After checking out, I developed severe itching on my skin and now I need to see a dermatologist. I cannot say for certain what caused it, but it started after staying at this hotel. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not stay here again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Bed had lots of bed bugs

O hotel atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades para uma estadia de apenas 3 dias. No entanto, tivemos um problema logo na chegada. Apesar de eu ter reservado um quarto standard de casal com 17 m², como anunciado e mostrado nas fotos, fomos acomodados em um quarto minúsculo, com a cama encostada na parede, apenas uma mesa de cabeceira e banheiro minusculo. Ao solicitar a troca de quarto, o recepcionista Max foi bastante grosseiro e informou que a mudança só poderia ser feita no dia seguinte. Insisti que gostaria de trocar ainda naquele dia, e ele elevou o tom de voz, chegando a gritar comigo. Antes disso, eu presenciei o mesmo comportamento dele com um casal oriental que estava na minha frente. Se tiverem a infelicidade de serem atendidos por ele, que normalmente trabalha no período da tarde, recomendo manter uma postura firme. Ele eleva o tom de voz durante o atendimento, dando a impressão de tentar intimidar os hóspedes quando questionam alguma situação. No meu caso, quando mantive uma postura firme, segura e rebati no mesmo tom, sem perder a educação, ele recuou e resolveu o problema. Ninguém deveria precisar passar por esse tipo de desgaste para ter respeitado aquilo que foi contratado. Fora esse episódio, a estadia foi confortavel. O café da manhã é simples e igual todos os dias: croissant, pãozinho, geleia, queijo e salame, além de café, suco e iogurte. Para uma hospedagem curta, ok, mas para quem pretende ficar muitos dias, o cardápio pode se tornar repetitivo.

Very convenient!

Buongiorno La mia esperienza con hotel panada e stata terribile ed indimenticabile per fatto che abbiamo trovato una cimice del letto sul cuscino della signora che ha soggiornato insieme a me per una notte in camera 339. Il giorno seguente anche io anche lei sul tronco e arti abbiamo notato moltissime punture. Con il referto medico della ASL di Genova e della foto abbiamo fatto presente al Hotel la nostra situazione. Non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna risposta positiva. Non ci rimane che denunciare la struttura per scarsa igiene

Bon rapport qualité prix et très bien situé

Aparentemente estava limpo … porém … estou internada agora em Roma porque peguei Ácaro do hotel … dormi apenas 1 noite lá e foi suficiente para pegar ácaro. O nosso quarto não tinha energia … ficava disparando a caixa de eletricidade , o recepcionista colocou para funcionar … porém … mesmo aparentemente isso funcionando , fomos acordados pela camareira entrando em nosso quarto porque segundo ela , não estava aparecendo lá fora que estávamos no quarto! Isso mesmo! Não bastava nada disso e não dormimos ! O bar que há no hotel , o rapaz que trabalha lá foi super agressivo ao nos obrigar a dar gorjeta

Nice old place just a few meters from San Marco square. Not the most comfy bed but for some nights you can survive

Hotel bom, café da manhã padrão europeu, quarto muito bom e banheiro também. O problema foi o local do quarto, a entrada era por outro hotel, que dava acesso ao hotel. Estranho, mas era isso mesmo. Nosso quarto ficava no pior local. Subimos duas escadas depois um elevador e depois mais 2 escadas. Como só estava eu e meu filho, foi tranquilo. Mas não é o que esperávamos.

Clean bathroom, good decent breakfast- not luxury but not too poor. The best is its location to the San Marco plaza. Only one minute walk.

This place is hellacious!They have no secure area for luggage storage so you just leave it in the lobby and pray that it’s there when you return.The Air conditioning in our room was horrible and barely worked.we sweated inside almost as much we did outside.The room had one tiny exchange for the whole room and little cold air came out of it.Our room was filthy and showed throughout including the bathroom which had pubic hairs on the floor. The shower was a hand shower that was broken so it would spray horizontally when turned on. Room has not been remodeled since probably the hotel was originally built. The rude staff won’t even acknowledge us at the front desk because they truly hate Americans or they hate their jobs. I found Bed bug stains on the wall by the bed which really has me concerned.I found a bed bug in the bed in the morning which freaked me out. Mattresses are spring mattresses and extremely old. The only light that worked was the chandelier and it had 3 burned out bulbs. Speaking of electrical, the switches were hanging out of the wall which had me worried that the place was going to burn down while we slept. We had only one outlet in the entire room to use for phone charging etcThat one outlet was in the bathroom. The internet signal was so poor , that we had constant interruptions and had to go to Starbucks to plan the next leg of our trip. The TV would cut out every 2 minutes as well. No aplology issued by Front Desk. Worst Hotel in Venice / world !

I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Our experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The first room we were assigned had bed bugs. After reporting the issue, we were moved to another room, only to discover that it also had bed bugs. Instead of resolving the problem, the hotel left us with no safe or comfortable place to stay. To make matters worse, the hallways and rooms smelled heavily of bug spray, which made it obvious this was not an isolated issue. The staff was largely unhelpful throughout the process. We were promised a refund because of the circumstances, but despite multiple follow-ups, it has still not been processed. Communication after our stay has been poor, and no one has taken responsibility for resolving the situation. Finding bed bugs once is bad enough. Being moved into a second room with the same problem, dealing with the overwhelming smell of pesticides, and then having to chase a promised refund has made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

My family had a terrible night at this hotel. The air conditioning did not work and we got bitten by bed bugs! My daughter woke up with more than 20 bites.
