An excellent hotel in a lovely location. In the heart of the city center but just away enough to enjoy the peace and comfort of this finely decorated and appointed hotel. Superlative staff make this gem nearly perfect for a stay in the Eternal City.

Loved having a balcony

The shower in our room took a long time to get hot. No free bottle of Prosecco as a vip Expedia guest. Superb breakfast. Staff were great also.

Our review of the hotel is excellent. From the moment you enter the hotel until the last day (and we stayed for 12 days!!!), everything is magnificent. The treatment of the hotel staff, from the doorman, to the waiters, to the restaurant, to the bar, to the housekeeping personnel, was exceptional. The cleanliness and condition of the facilities are excellent. Different flowers appear in the lobby every day, and the hotel smells enchanting!!! Breakfast was always very good and of great quality. The bar offered excellent service, and the Brunello restaurant is one of the best in the area. The chef presents gourmet cuisine dishes that are a feast for the palate and the eyes. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, beautiful property and excellent service

This is not a Hotel, this is not just an experience. This is "home" with the most friendly and courteous staff that always goes beyond and above. The amazing breakfast with music accompaniment (I even got a chance to play a duet with the harpist). Our stay will forever be in our minds and our hearts, and we are planning to come back as soon as possible. Thank you Bagiloni Regina! Ciao...

Fantastic place to stay if you want to go see the historic attractions of Rome. Centrally located fantastic property. The breakfast is unreal. I couldn’t recommend it more.

歴史あるホテルで豪華。目の前がアメリカ大使館で治安は良好。最寄駅まではゆるやかな坂で6分程。歩いてトレビの泉やスペイン広場まで行ける。ロビーはさほど広くないが、豪華な階段があり雰囲気が良い。朝食会場はビュッフェに近い場所はレストランのようなテーブルだが、ラウンジでも取れる。ラウンジは非常に豪華な作りでハープの演奏があることもあった。メニューはビュッフェ以外にも卵料理はメニューから無料で注文できる。ターンダウンサービスもありハウスキーピングは丁寧な印象。部屋には瓶の水がスティルとガス両方毎日余るほど置いてあるので、旅行中水を買うことはなかった。ドアマン等は毎回挨拶してくれて気持ちが良い。

Superb property, staff, location and offering.

We had a wonderful stay at the Baglioni. The property is beautiful. The spa is relaxing. We loved the area, which is right across from the United States embassy, and we walked everywhere. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the Brunello bar and restaurant; the food was innovative and delicious. We appreciated the personal service! Can’t wait to come back!
