We appreciate that the staff were welcoming and polite. However, the shower area did not install with a glass door.

Upon arrival and after unloading all our luggage, we were told they have overbooked and were asked to move to another hotel which is far from metro and room rate is less. Only after arguing, they offered us a meal as compensation. They should have informed us by e-mail in advance that we could go directly to the other hotel without wasting time, but they didn't and insisted they don't have our contact information. It's not true. I will avoid hotels with this kind of management.

Newly renovated hotel! Everything is fine except the wifi is quite slow! Also u have to lock the door with the key after u go into or out of the room, otherwise will leave the room open to everybody in the hotel! And you must leave the room key to front desk before u go out that make you feel quite unsafe sometimes!

酒店房間寬敞整潔，鄰近地鐵，交通方便，免费上網，早餐豐富，附近有中國菜餐館，加上員工服務不俗，下次必定重來。

酒店环境舒适 乘坐地铁比较方便 估计5-7分钟就到了 很容易找到 酒店过马路就有一家中餐馆 很精致味道也不错。预定时以为离中心火车站以及市中心远些 但是离北火车站比较近 而且这个火车站可以乘坐机场快线至机场。很满意

飯店離M1地鐵站Gambara走路約5分鐘路程，附近有Billa超市 飯店有免費停車場，但數量不多，另外服務人員可以代為泊車 飯店設備不錯，雖非非常新穎，狀況維持不錯 早餐很可口，選擇多，不過補餐速度較慢 唯一缺點，櫃檯服務人員態度冷漠、不友善，常擺臭臉，飯店手冊上明明已寫明退房時間為中午12點，但上午11點即打電話來催退房，讓人感受不佳 若能改善櫃檯人員態度(其餘餐廳、清潔人員及泊車人員態度都不錯)，這個飯店會更棒

Staff was very nice ! It was a clean hotel room was smaller than anticipated but overall very nice. Francesco at the bar downstairs was super sweet and always giving us snacks ! Overall a good stay thank you!

La stanza era piccolissima e rischia vamo di cadere dal letto. Per quando riguarda il personale era suddiviso in due parti, qualcuno era garbato e qualcun altro era molto sgarbato. Per non parlare del direttore che era inesistente. Se volevi parlare con lui era impossibile mandava sempre la vice. Non salutava mai. Ah dimenticavo se avete i cani non sono ben visti. Quindi vi sconsiglio di andarci.perpersonalepereunpersona

Hyggelig betjening. Helt grei frokost. Treningsrommet kunne vært bedre. Beliggenheten for oss i forhold til metro og San Siro var perfekt. Rommet var bra.

Proche d’une station de métro pour accéder au centre ville. Chambres confortables, mais limitées en taille. Quartier pas très beau Hôtel cohérent en rapport qualité prix pour Milan , où les prix sont assez élevés.

Allt var
