Close to train station Room is spacious and comfortable.

位置比較好，可方便來往火車站、購物、食市地方。房間地方比較闊寬，容易放置行李及用品。至於早餐比較一般，不要有太大期望。房間收費會一早過數，如果退房要額外收費。接待員很有禮貌，有介紹當地名勝，亦有介紹怎樣由酒店去名勝地方，值得一讚。房間毛巾不足夠，只提供每人一條毛巾，洗澡抺身及普通抺臉都是通一條。

特别让人觉得失望的一次住宿，其实酒店的位置是可以的，干净也可以，但是酒店的一个男前台，实在让人恼火，感觉就是歧视你外国人。事情是这样的，我们订了两个房间，一个是有空调，一个空调坏了，因为已经是冬天了，也就算了没有换房间，可以空调坏的那个房间非常闷热，我父母就开了会窗户通风，结果就跑进了蚊子，当晚都没有睡好觉。第二天我们找了一个男服务员，当时他全程和我沟通用英文，但是在他电话前台后，他就只用意大利语来和我讲话，简直莫名其妙，我问他是不是前台让他这样做的，他很尴尬的看着我，这意思已经很明显了，欺负我们不会意大利语。我就走到楼下和前台沟通，说了我们房间情况，结果前台来了一句，我们没有空调的，不可能有空调，你们热就开窗，蚊子进来？那没办法，这说话能把人气死，有没有空调，我们两个房间对比不知道吗？而且前台态度及其恶劣，就是仗着你能把我怎样。我不知道他名字，因为我问他名字他说他没有名字，还说你要么就住，要么就走。所以奉劝要住的各位，如果你们不是本国人，还是不要来住这家，不然就是给自己找气受，本来好好的旅行就这样被毁了。生平第一次差评，因为不想其他人也和我一样。

good location. Within 5 min walk from train station. Bath room is small and without hanger. Rooms are clean and newly furnished. Value for money.

フィレンツェ駅から近く歩いてホテルに来ました。　フィレンツェの食品市場や露天市まで歩いて2分くらいで　買った荷物もホテル戻って置くことができ便利でした。ホテル周辺にはスーパーもコインランドリーもありました。朝食も良かったです。

Staff very helpful, hotel basic but clean and room well cleaned, location to mercato central and train station very good. Tubs need a safety mat but shower good with plenty hot water. Breakfast never varied and scrambled eggs always cold despite heater (often not on). Plenty of food but nothing fancy.

Excellent service, had to relocate from a different hotel due to the room not being as advertised and this hotel was great

Clean room staff

Frühstück war eher mittelmässig, vollkorn Produkte haben gefehlt, Eier Speisen waren leider immer kalt. Zimmer okay, trotz allem schöne Ferien verbracht.

nunca me enviaron la reserva y me facturaron en mi tarjeta de credito 2704,10$ por algo que nunca se confirmó. Espero la inmediata devolución de este dinero ante semejante atropello,

Localização excelente, um bom café da manhã. Fácil acesso aos meios de transporte e locais pra alimentação. Equipe atenciosa.

The hotel is very tired and grubby. The staff, with some exceptions, were rude. The bed and pillows were extremely hard, with the pillows being flat and balled up. the photos of the rooms on the website are very old and do not represent the current state of the hotel rooms; even staff admitted this. We were given a small room with a view of a wall, with old furniture, grubby walls and floors, and hard beds and pillows. The third bed in our triple room was also not made up.They moved us to another room, which was larger but the same. Due to the uncomfortable beds, we did not sleep well. The next morning, a very lovely man at reception helped us and moved us to a much nicer room, However, even this room did not justify the price we paid, as there are much nicer places to stay for that cost. The best part of this room was the shower, although water overflowed onto the floor, requiring three towels to soak it up!! BE AWARE if booking through expedia, even though the rooms are not what is displayed on the hotel and the hotel is not what it says it is, they will not issue a refund! The breakfast experience was also terrible The area was very busy with no available seating. We had to find chairs from other guests' tables to create our own table, and a staff member simply watched us do this. They ran out of food, cups, and coffee machines were broken.the staff were fighting with each other, it was not great. The bathroom soaps and plastic cups were a disgrace.More 2 star.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good.

O café da manhã incluso na reserva é muito bom, com boas opções e tudo fresco. O quarto é bem espaçoso e confortável, e o atendimento dos recepcionistas é incrível — sempre atenciosos e prestativos. Recomendo!

Hotel staff is excellent. Very helpful. Very good breakfast. Area a little noisy but shutting windows helped. Would stay here again and recommend.
