由于到达时间较早我们是先寄存了行李然后出去晃了一圈，结果钱包就被偷了，前天的小哥耐心的帮我们找了警局的地址，可惜警局居然也休息！随后误打误撞到火车站的警局给报上了警。至于房间整体都不错，就是老外那种高窗帘不大会拉，还有就是卫生间没有排风扇。。。

蒸氣房很好，不過要預早半小時開啟，
有一個大浴缸，可按摩，
不過塵比較多一點，每天起來，電話都滿塵的，
地點很方便，火車站5分鐘就到。

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Dharma! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I could possibly need.
The location is perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh and high-quality options each morning. I truly appreciated the impeccable service and the genuine hospitality of the team; they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

Servicio pésimo por parte de los trabajadores del hotel, pedí desde un principio opciones para evitar el ZTL en Roma y nunca me dijeron que debía de estacionarme directamente en el estacionamiento cercano al hotel por lo que llegue de manera directa y al parecer puedo recibir una multa por ello, no me pudieron ayudar para conseguir un permiso limitado para ese tránsito cuando de acuerdo con la página de tránsito de Italia, los hoteles podrían hacerlo, no había agua en el hotel cuando llegamos y el día de hoy que salíamos me tuve que salir del baño sin enjuagarme porque se fue el agua de la regadera, adicionalmente me quisieron cobrar los impuestos locales en efectivo cuando según parece ya están cobrados en la factura, así que todo muy mal, pésimo servicio del personal del hotel. Nunca lo recomendaría, pésimo hotel

Quite simply a fabulous hotel!
We stayed for two nights and loved the place.
Great staff, very service minded and helpful.
We had a room with jacuzzi and balcony, so luxurious. Highly recommended and we sre looking forward to visiting again the next time we are in Rome!
