This hotel is very clean and safe, the location is good, 5 min walk from Roma Termini. The staff members Alessio and Miriam were kind and answered all my questions. The lobby is small and the layout of the rooms is a bit odd, but it was a great honeymoon spot. It is not the peak of luxury but it was very cool and had a good location. It was comfortable to return to each night. The only negative I can think of was the noise: Rome suffers from city noise like any other city. Ambulances, police, honking, late night trucks. It was bearable, part of the city life.

We stayed at the property for three nights. We had a room with a balcony that could hold two chairs. The restaurant next-door, where you ate your breakfast in the evening Wood play soft horns, which was very nice. We were on the fifth floor and it was not noisy and it was convenient to all locations. If I had only one complaint which is so minor, it would be that the toilet did not have a sink nearby and you had to walk around the bed to get to it, which was a little hard in the middle of the night in the dark we would definitely go back. I would rate it a six star if possible.

Not sure why this is called a luxury hotel. The room was much smaller than the photos made it seem. The bed was very uncomfortable. We asked for extra pillows (as the ones we had were basically flat) and they told us they didn’t have any. The bathroom was tiny with very little counter space. Do not consider anything about this hotel to be luxury.

Excellent service, Hotel super clean and the staff always ready to help… The staff were extremely helpful. While we were out for an activity, my friend’s mom got sick to her stomach. She called the front desk, and they immediately helped her. They speak Spanish (tri-lingual), and they even went to a local pharmacy to get medication for her mom. Very, very helpful. I would say this hotel wasn’t horrible. But the pictures are misleading. The room was minuscule and I think there was a sewage problem because our bathroom stunk like poop whole whole 2 days we were there. I’d say the only good thing abt it was that it was extremely easy to get to and from the train station from this hotel. Besides Alessio, the staff was not kind really at all. Alessio was great and helped us book multiple resturaunt reservations. The others were nasty until they realized i spoke Italian. I didn’t hate my stay but I def wouldn’t go back.

Super recommend it. It’s extremely well located, the room is very clean, the breakfast is wonderful, there are complimentary drinks in the room, and they also offer an aperitivo every evening at the bar next door.

Otima localização. Estrutura muito bem conservada, banheiros bons, tem elevador. Quarto com bom espaço. Destaque muito positivo para o serviço de recepção (Alessio e Andrea), por serem extremamente cordiais e atenciosos. Nos atenderam de forma excepcional. Pegamos a hospedagem com café da manhã, e teve um dia que precisamos sair muito cedo para um passeio, e eles nos preparam uma box para que tomassemos café da manhã no caminho. Excellent service, Hotel super clean and the staff always ready to help… The staff were extremely helpful. While we were out for an activity, my friend’s mom got sick to her stomach. She called the front desk, and they immediately helped her. They speak Spanish (tri-lingual), and they even went to a local pharmacy to get medication for her mom. Very, very helpful. Also u was there yo celebrate my b-day they have a cake an candies for me

I would say this hotel wasn’t horrible. But the pictures are misleading. The room was minuscule and I think there was a sewage problem because our bathroom stunk like poop whole whole 2 days we were there. I’d say the only good thing abt it was that it was extremely easy to get to and from the train station from this hotel. Besides Alessio, the staff was not kind really at all. Alessio was great and helped us book multiple resturaunt reservations. The others were nasty until they realized i spoke Italian. I didn’t hate my stay but I def wouldn’t go back.
