Good location,friendly staff.

酒店位置很好 紧靠中央车站 地铁出行非常方便 酒店卫生和早餐都不错 只是盖的只有毛毯很硬 比较不舒服

The room was spacious especially for Europe and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. A special shout out to Stefania who was wonderful.

Overall it is very good. Service at front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Tubs are hard to get in and out of and slippery. Better to have shower stalls. Drains in bathroom are a bit clogged. Great location in old town. Would recommend.

Good location and room, but toilet was leaking water all night and towels had black spots.

Amazing location and staff super friendly

Sehr stillvolles Ambiente, leider hatten wir nicht so viel Zeit die Möglichkeiten die das Hotel zu bieten hatte zu erkunden. Wir wollten in der kurzen Zeit so viel es ging von Palermo sehen, die Lage des Hotels war dafür perfekt. Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, alle unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet sogar auf deutsch von einem sehr netten Mitarbeiter. Trotz der zentralen Lage, war es nachts sehr ruhig, wir waren super zufrieden und würden das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Busted and Old AC unit made exaggerating noise all night. Room is way small for EU standards. Seems that the Hotel was 4 stars some years ago. Lobby is beautiful and classy but that’s it. Theres no parking. Period. Don’t ask. Location is perfect and close to everything. Wish they do some renovations and mayor maintenance soon, very promising hotel.

Nice hotel , very clean except the cleaner didn’t wash a cup out I left or replenished the coffee . Not a lot to moan about but I do need a coffee in the morning.

Stayed for a couple of nights in their presidential suite, which was truly spacious and lovely. The hotel building itself is grand, historic, and full of character. Service was average, breakfast quality disappointing. Another point that the reception should properly inform guests about any additional charges — such as for the garage and minibar — which are often included in the rate for high-end suites. In our case, these costs were only mentioned afterwards. Overall, the facilities are impressive and we loved the suite, but there is considerable room for improvement in both service and breakfast quality.

Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei na Sicília. Uma experiência de viagem no tempo, um luxo. Voltarei muitas vezes! Café da manhã sensacional.

Nous avons passé trois merveilleuses nuits dans ce bel établissement très bien situé dans le centre de Palerme. L’endroit est superbe ! Légèrement suranné mais avec beaucoup de charme. Excellent petit déjeuner. Personnel très avenant et très professionnel. On recommande !

A perfect location in central Palermo! The property is really lovely as well, a palace with beautiful rooms and public areas. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the design of the hotel, but wasn’t crazy about the entire experience.

Fabulous location in centre of Palermo within easy walking distance of the major sights & numerous cafe’s restaurants & shops. . The staff were very friendly & helpful. It’s an old building & our room was a bit tired, don’t expect shiny & new. The bartender was fab & we had a great cocktail on the roof terrace.
