不是很好的住宿體驗, 大概半夜到達, 房卡打不開, 櫃台人員也解決不了, 試了兩三次, 奔波於房間與櫃台浪費時間, 最後才換房間, 房間設施陳舊, 床單與床也很差, 收費極貴, 不知道貴在甚麼地方

フライトが遅れ、夜中の1時にチェックインしましたが、対応は早くとても丁寧でした。チェックアウト時の対応も迅速で丁寧でした。
難点があるとすれば、お風呂の排水が良くなく、シャワーをしている間は常に1cmくらい水が溜まってしまってました。

The washroom is nice and large but I do not understand why there is no glass barriers to contain the water while showering.... I really do not understand that part!!! Super annoying!!! Wifi was also weak and I was told they cannot do anything about it. My wifi gets cut off. The hotel is situated near the airport which is great but the hotel shuttle does not run from noon to 9pm. It is hard to move around if you do not have transport.

Hébergement agréable globalement, content de mon séjour, personnel a l'écoute, le buffet du petit déjeuné très bien, le restaurant est bon, la navette gratuite pour l'aéroport.
Côtés désagréables : vous êtes proches de l'aéroport ce qui peut générer un peu de bruit. Attention aux horaires de la navette (aucune en milieu de journée) pensez aux taxi... (A été pour moi difficile d'accès en pleine nuit aussi) Pas d'eau disponible en milieu de nuit quand le bar est fermé, pas de distributeur et rien dans les environs.

Hola el hotel, es el típico hotel estilo norteamericano, creo que el nombre te da la idea, es comodo, con los servicios necesarios, considero que fue poco favorable la distancia del centro ya que te debes mover en taxi, pero en general, esta muy cerca del aeropuerto, es comodo, y amplio, los servicios, son basicos, y atención basica. Saludos

Great hotel. They are used to travelers given its closeness to the airport. They ask everything paid in advance. The only terrible experience at this place was the young bartender, extremely rude, yelling at customers and treating foreigners with no respect. The manager in the other hand, was very helpful and removed away from us. The property offers parking on premises at no extra cost. The restaurant, the best pizza and caprese salad I had in Bologne. Antonio, the restaurant manager, very kind and helpful.

On peut trouver mieux ailleurs! Loin de l'aéroport (il faut attendre le shuttle ou prendre un taxi si arrivée tardive) que l'on ne peu pas rejoindre à pied.
L'hôtel est très vieillissant et le petit déjeuner médiocre.
Un point positif, les chambres sont calmes mais le décor craint...

We arrived at 1230am , there was 1 person on check-in , doing the best he could, but the queue was to the front door and it took 45 mins to check in at a time of day when we really weren’t in the mood for such a long wait .
