不是很好的住宿體驗, 大概半夜到達, 房卡打不開, 櫃台人員也解決不了, 試了兩三次, 奔波於房間與櫃台浪費時間, 最後才換房間, 房間設施陳舊, 床單與床也很差, 收費極貴, 不知道貴在甚麼地方

酒店离机场很近，有免费巴士接送。因航班延误，过了接送时间，走路半小时多点赶到。机场位于乡村，周边环境不错，早餐比较丰富。

Very clean and nice hotel! Some personell were a bit nonchalant… for no apparent reason. Morning receptionist was very nice though!

Easy late night check in after our flight. Comfortable room. Great location, very close to the airport.

Mi dispiace,non do mai una stella a nessuno,ma ho acquistato la suite per il 31 dicembre notte in modo tale da partire con calma il 1 gennaio visto che avevamo l’aereo alle 6:30 del mattino e viaggiavo con il mio compagno,un bambino che ancora non ha 3 anni e il piccolo di 10 mesi. Avevo inoltrato la richiesta e chiamato anche l’hotel per assicurarmi che c’erano sia il parcheggio e sia la culla ovviamente! Arriviamo e sorpresa..in camera la culla non c’era..avevo acquistato la suite in modo tale che il bimbo grande potesse muoversi agevolmente,insomma avere tutto organizzato altrimenti sarei partita direttamente da casa e mi sarei risparmiata i soldi! Chiamo e la reception mi risponde..ah non c è la culla in camera? E io: eh no..io ho un neonato non posso farlo dormire senza culla.. Mi mandano un signore che mi dice che purtroppo le culle sono finite che sono già state date in altre stanze..quindi non potendo fare altro mi faccio portare un materasso da letto piccolo e lo faccio sistemare in un angolo.. Io ero arrabbiatissima perché non posso far dormire un neonato su un letto senza protezione.. Finale della storia ho dovuto “dormire” in terra con mio figlio.. Bell’inizio di vacanza!!! Non si fa così..soprattutto se si parla di un neonato!! Trovo il comportamento inammissibile..

Given the budget price, it was adequate for just getting a few hours of sleep before an early morning flight. They seemed to have a plumbing issue as neither the bidet nor the sink drained. And the check-in process was inexplicably tediously slow even though I'd paid in advance.

Je ne peux vous donner mon avis sur la chambre n’ayant pu y avoir accès. Nous sommes arrivés vers 23.30h. J’avais réservé 2 chambres - l’une au nom de Belabass l’autre à mon nom - . Au bout d’une 1/2 heure la chambre de M. Belabass fut trouvée la mienne refusée car notée pour le lendemain sur l’ordinateur de l’hôtel. Les concierges (2personnes) ont refusés de me donner ma chambre alors qu’ils avaient ma facture prouvant la BONNE date et le PAYEMENT, au titre que s’ils corrigeaient l’erreur de l’ordinateur de l’hôtel, ils perdraient leur emploi (sic !) et il me fut demandé de repayer ma chambre par une empreinte de carte que j’ai refusé.J’ai dû partir à 1h30 du matin et aller dormir dans ma voiture par 5° tous les hôtels alentour étant complets. Je précise que Monsieur Belabass est atteint d’une maladie grave à 82 ans et moi-même j’ai 79 ans et que je venais de faire plus de 1000 km en voiture. Les Concierges étant au courant de ces faits. Je viens demander le remboursement du prix de ma chambre ainsi que le parking que j’ai dû payé pour partir… inadmissible pour un hôtel, quatre étoiles, Concierges incompétents à la limite de la crise de nerf, et de plus, parlant, approximativement le français considérant leur statut plus important que celui d’essayer de résoudre cette situation. Je vous demande selon votre possibilité d’intervenir auprès de la direction de l’hôtel et de faire toute publicité à mes propos, vérifiables auprès de Monsieur Belabass. Merci pour votre réponse.

Staff was helpful and kind. Free of around a bonus. 5 minutes from airport. Rooms parte and clean and quiet apthough a bit hot when we were there. Hotel was and effect for our needs for an early flight in the money rninf

Scomodissimo da raggiungere dall'aeroporto ed i tassisti se ne approfittano in una maniera vergognosa. La navetta la offrono si, ma solo quando non serve.

The bath with shower over it was not in good condition with large chips of enamel missing which had been partially painted over and when sitting on the toilet one could see between the bath rim and marble top, and that looked black and dirty. I did not use the bath or shower because of this. Everything else was ok and the room and bed linen clean
