A pleasant stay after a bad travel day was what we needed, and FlyOn was great for that. The property is nicely kept, it looks very appealing and clean, don’t let the road in fool you. We opted for 2 Jr Suites for our family, and the rooms were massive, had great sitting areas that we enjoyed our dinner at, large (but very firm) king beds, and a spacious bathroom. The staff really stood out to us, from check in, to the bellman helping us with a crib, to bringing more pillows, and the front desk helping us trying to get deliveroo to work for us. Even at check out, at 4:30 in the morning, the staff was kind and very helpful. One caveat- if you need to get to the airport, the hotel is next to, not part of the airport, so if you need to get to the airport before the shuttle bus runs, expect a large bill for the taxi. We needed 2 cars since there were no vans running at 4am, and it set us back €40, to go about 5 minutes. That is more of a taxi issue than a hotel issue, but it’s something to be mindful of.

The hotel aspires to a four-star rating but unfortunately delivers service that barely meets two-star standards. For example, I waited over an hour in the restaurant without receiving even a glass of water. Frustrated by the lack of attention, I chose to leave and order through a food delivery service. The waitstaff displayed no concern or apology for the delay, which was my first experience of such indifference. The rooms reflect the mediocrity often associated with two- or three-star accommodations. While some areas appear to have been updated, the renovation feels incomplete. The bed, in particular, was far from comfortable—a thin mattress that sagged with every movement, paired with a pillow as firm as concrete and as thin as a sheet of paper. Overall, the experience was quite surprising. I hope the hotel will continue to improve its service and guest comfort in the future.

As soon as I arrived moving through the hustle of the city, it was quiet and peaceful. I found a big tub to take a bath, a comfortable bed, and a lovely restaurant with good, affordable food downstairs. It was everything I needed at the end of my long trip the night before an early flight. I will be back if I’m in the area again.

It was a warm April night when I stayed there the room was stuffy. I tried to turn on the air conditioner. When it didn't seem to be working, I called the front desk and they informed me that the air conditioner did not work until June. So I basically could not sleep all night due to the unpleasantness of the climate. in the room

Very convenient hotel for travellers - also very comfortable and clean. Lovely view out to a grassy garden area, and surprisingly not particularly loud for the airport noises. Staff were lovely and helpful! Be aware that the shuttle only runs at certain times of the day - but when available it's super comfortable and the driver I had was very kind and helpful. The one let down for me was the breakfast - at least the cooked elements were a bit bland - there is however a HUGE selection, so perhaps if I'd tried other things it would have been a better experience. Overall - thoroughly recommend

Funcionarios atenciosos. Vale a pena para quem precisar estar proximo ao aeroporto. Ponto negativo somente no caso de obter um uber ou taxi se quiser ir ao centro da cidade. Melhor pegar o transfer e pedir do aeroporto.

A perfect airport hotel with a free shuttle service. Our room was clean, staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast was very good value.

A pleasant stay after a bad travel day was what we needed, and FlyOn was great for that. The property is nicely kept, it looks very appealing and clean, don’t let the road in fool you. We opted for 2 Jr Suites for our family, and the rooms were massive, had great sitting areas that we enjoyed our dinner at, large (but very firm) king beds, and a spacious bathroom. The staff really stood out to us, from check in, to the bellman helping us with a crib, to bringing more pillows, and the front desk helping us trying to get deliveroo to work for us. Even at check out, at 4:30 in the morning, the staff was kind and very helpful. One caveat- if you need to get to the airport, the hotel is next to, not part of the airport, so if you need to get to the airport before the shuttle bus runs, expect a large bill for the taxi. We needed 2 cars since there were no vans running at 4am, and it set us back €40, to go about 5 minutes. That is more of a taxi issue than a hotel issue, but it’s something to be mindful of.

The hotel aspires to a four-star rating but unfortunately delivers service that barely meets two-star standards. For example, I waited over an hour in the restaurant without receiving even a glass of water. Frustrated by the lack of attention, I chose to leave and order through a food delivery service. The waitstaff displayed no concern or apology for the delay, which was my first experience of such indifference. The rooms reflect the mediocrity often associated with two- or three-star accommodations. While some areas appear to have been updated, the renovation feels incomplete. The bed, in particular, was far from comfortable—a thin mattress that sagged with every movement, paired with a pillow as firm as concrete and as thin as a sheet of paper. Overall, the experience was quite surprising. I hope the hotel will continue to improve its service and guest comfort in the future.

A good hotel when having to stay close to the airport, but not close enough to walk to the airport, shuttle buss is available. Good free parking. Restaurant and breakfast is good.

Hotel con ottime camere, pulite e ben arredate. Personale professionale e disponibile ed anche il ristorante decisamente valido. Veramente utile la navetta gratuita per l’aeroporto. Hotel decisamente raccomandabile.

As soon as I arrived moving through the hustle of the city, it was quiet and peaceful. I found a big tub to take a bath, a comfortable bed, and a lovely restaurant with good, affordable food downstairs. It was everything I needed at the end of my long trip the night before an early flight. I will be back if I’m in the area again.

It was a warm April night when I stayed there the room was stuffy. I tried to turn on the air conditioner. When it didn't seem to be working, I called the front desk and they informed me that the air conditioner did not work until June. So I basically could not sleep all night due to the unpleasantness of the climate. in the room

Very convenient hotel for travellers - also very comfortable and clean. Lovely view out to a grassy garden area, and surprisingly not particularly loud for the airport noises. Staff were lovely and helpful! Be aware that the shuttle only runs at certain times of the day - but when available it's super comfortable and the driver I had was very kind and helpful. The one let down for me was the breakfast - at least the cooked elements were a bit bland - there is however a HUGE selection, so perhaps if I'd tried other things it would have been a better experience. Overall - thoroughly recommend

Funcionarios atenciosos. Vale a pena para quem precisar estar proximo ao aeroporto. Ponto negativo somente no caso de obter um uber ou taxi se quiser ir ao centro da cidade. Melhor pegar o transfer e pedir do aeroporto.
