The swimming pool Is excellent

We stayed here for 14 nights as a base to explore Lake Garda, not just Gardaland, and had a great stay overall. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. The outdoor pool and bar area were excellent, and the arcade was a big hit with the kids. We also appreciated the hotel's taxi company, which offers fixed-price fares and can be contacted directly via WhatsApp to arrange return journeys. The free shuttle service to Gardaland and Peschiera del Garda was reliable and very convenient. Our only disappointment was the food. Breakfast and dinner were expensive for the quality offered. We found it much better value to have breakfast inside Gardaland before starting the day, and for evening meals we'd recommend heading into Peschiera del Garda, where there are plenty of excellent restaurants. We were also surprised that, despite staying for 14 nights, there was no discounted breakfast package available. If you're staying for more than a few days, we'd also recommend buying a Gardaland season pass. It makes it easy to pop into the park for a few hours whenever you like, while still leaving plenty of time to explore everything else Lake Garda has to offer. Overall, we'd happily return and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, excellent staff, facilities and convenient location.

Gegen das Hotel ist an sich nichts einzuwenden, aber: -der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig! Selbst nach Rückfrage an der Rezeption bzgl. des Einfahrtstickets, erhielten wir keine Information hierzu. Ein netter Security Mitarbeiter bei der Einfahrt hat uns dann das 3 Tagesticket um 12 Euro empfohlen, da man sonst für jede Ausfahrt aus dem Parkplatz 4 Euro zahlen muss -Kein kinderfreundliches Pool: man darf nur mit Badehaube schwimmen (Kosten 7,50 an der Poolbar), man darf nicht ins Wasser springen, man darf nicht Ballspielen und kinder unter 8 Jahren müssen eine Schwimmweste tragen, egal ob sie schwimmen können oder nicht!

La struttura è bella il personale tutto molto attento e gentile la colazione discreta ma abbondante, una nota negativa è il parcheggio dell’albergo a pagamento tra l’altro non comunicato alla prenotazione. Premetto che gli anni passati era gratuito e non trovo corretto che dopo aver pagato la stanza il parco e la colazione uno debba pagare anche 12 euro di parcheggio.

Para um Resort são vários pontos a melhorar, O quarto poderia ter um varal no banheiro para secar as roupas. Na diária já deveria estar incluso o preço do café da manhã, já que o resort é longe de tudo, não tendo nenhuma opção que não fosse ali, o café tem de EUR20,00 e em outro restaurante EUR36,00. Agora o auge foi o uso obrigatório de toca na piscina que é vendida no hotel EUR7,50. E a toalha da piscina custava EUR2,50 por dia. Tudo isso deveria estar incluso na diária e assim trazer maior comodidade aos hóspedes. Se for para ir nos parques e ficar descansando eu recomendo pq realmente é muito lindo, agora para ir conhecer a cidade, ficar perto dos bares, restaurantes pontos turistico e do lago eu não recomendo.

Impecável a limpeza , tratamento dos funcionários . Dessa vez começou a cobrar o estacionamento mas um preço justo de €12 por 72 horas , ok !

Albergo bello e ottimo servizio. Purtroppo da questa stagione il parcheggio è a pagamento con obbligo di pagare comunque per 72 ore una quota di 12 euro anche se si pernotta per una notte sola.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the swimming pool was not open all day and as we were there for one night that was very disappointing . Especially as no mention of this was made at reception the morning as we checked in. The children's playgrounds (3) were also very basic and not much for a 4 year to do when the pool was closed!

Notre chambre était au rez-de-chaussée avec jardin. La chambre est très propre. Le moindre détail est prévu. Charlotte pour les cheveux, savon, bouteille d’eau, offerte, petit frigo dans les chambres… le personnel est très agréable mais parle peu français. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel où je reviendrai, bien évidemment, avec grand plaisir !

Service leider sehr schlecht. Wunschangaben und Mitteilungen/Fragen auf hotels.com werden nicht gelesen. Den Wünschen an der Reception wird nicht entsprochen, die Mitarbeiterinnen nicht freundlich. Wichtige Informationen zum Freizeitpark werden nicht gegeben. Pool war zu trotz bestem Wetter. Insgesamt enttäuschend und dafür nicht günstig.

Waren 2 Tage im Hotel mit einem Kleinkind.Das Hotel ist super gelegen,Parkplatz vor der Tür gehabt.Wlan hat gut funktioniert.Das Personal war auch sehr nett.Die Zimmer waren sehr schön gross.Sauberkeit war auch gut,mann könnte sich ein bisschen noch verbessern aber im ganzen war es sauber gepflegt.Für Kinder waren sehr viele Spielsachen dabei im Park und drinnen.Gardaland sehr schnell erreichbar gewesen.Einziger Minuspunkt:Cashless,nur Kartenzahlung.Fand es leider sehr Schade wenn man eher grosse Noten dabei hat.Essen im Hotel war eher teuer.Im ganzen hatten wir aber einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.
