Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, Zimmer sehr hellhörig, für den Preis gibt es bessere. Gut war die Nähe zum Gardaland mit Shuttle, Gardasee und Reparatur-Service im Zimmer bei defekter WC-Spülung.

Parking was free and was safe. Food is terribly expensive for basic food choices. Not very friendly either, for a kids hotel it seems like they hate kids and people.

Este hotel faz parte do complexo de hotéis próximos ao Gardaland Park. Acomodações excelentes, estacionamento amplo (free). Transporte de ônibus (30 em 30 min) até às 23 h, também gratuito para os parques. Eh hotel para ficar e aproveitar os parques, estilo hotéis Disney. Nossa opção foi sem breakfast (há frigobar nos quartos que permite pequenas refeições). Os quartos são decorados com temas dos personagens (bom para a criançada). Boas piscinas, compartilhada com os demais hotéis do complexo (exige o aluguel de touca)

Ottimo ristorante e bella atmosfera

Ótimo hotel, equipe muito boa, simpática e prestativa. Foi ótimo poder usar 2 quartos conjugados. Camas confortáveis, café da manhã bem diverso. Apenas uma crítica: a piscina abre tarde e fecha cedo, às 19h no verão, isso com um calor absurdo e sol até quase 21h, ela poderia ficar aberta até as 20h30 no verão. Peguei esse hotel pensando em aproveitar a piscina no final do dia e isso não foi possível. Outro ponto que chamou a atenção foi a equipe de recreação: super sem graça, poderiam investir em recreadores mais animados e dispostos.

Tutto bene curato, hotel, camera e dintorni

Lage: gut Personal Gastronomie: nett Einrichtung: Toilettenspülung immer wieder defekt. Zuständige Managerin wirkte arrogant und war kundenunfreundlich, da sie uns für den erheblichen Sachmangel (2x lief die Spülung laut die ganze Nacht) weder eine Entschädigung anbot. Ein akzeptabler Zimmerwechsel konnte uns auch nur sehr spät am 5. Tag angeboten werden.

Frukost sämsta på hela vår Europa tripp. Personalen i receptionen verkade mest besvärade av oss när vi hade frågor. Trevliga rum och trevlig pool.

Jag har aldrig tidigare bott på ett hotell som tillhör en nöjespark. Men jag förstår nu grejen med detta. Otroligt smidigt, bussar som är gratis man kan använda mellan hotellet, nöjesparkerna och stationen. På hotellet fanns fina parkmiljöer, pooler, solstolar, restauranger och barer. Stora bra rum. Kan inte säga något dåligt egentligen mer än att buffén kändes något dyr.

For a traveller without a car the location is difficult. Shuffle bus is the only option with taxi, but the bus takes a lot of time even for a couple kilometres journey because of bad logistics. At the hotel all food and drinks are super expensive and it is almost impossible to eat healthy. There are no food stores close. A bottle of water is 4 euros and a glass of juice is 5 euros. I was also dissapointed with the pool. There are only two pools: 150cm that is too much for a kid who cant swim yet or an short adult to accompany that child and 60 cm pool that is mainly for the little ones. There should be something in between for everyone to enjoy safely. Also the mandatory swimming cap is a weird rule - take your own because it is expensive there to buy. The customer service in the bar was horrible. I had to wait 30 minutes for bread. After complaining, they promised to compensate but I never got anything. Hotel was clean and safe though and the yeard was nice.
