Outstanding service and lots of details taken care of well. They even provided toothbrushes and paste which we had forgotten. Shower was a bit challenging but not enough to be a problem. Breakfast was great and our pup was welcomed everywhere.

The staff was awesome.They were very kind & attentive! The actual property has no soul! It function as a resting stop for the casino patrons nearby-modern & clean. Although near a beautiful lake, it doesn’t reflect the charm & warmth of the other villages dotting lake lugano.

I had a fine stay, the best thing about the hotel was the staff who were super kind, friendly, welcoming & helpful and secondly its location. Generally the rooms were nice but it requires a bit of fixing/refurbishment. We had three rooms, my room was very warm so I couldn’t sleep in it.
Campione was very quiet, but it might be due to the timing of my visit (late February)

Von A wie Ankunft bis Z wie Zahlung war alles perfekt... super freundlicher Empfang mit Parkservice und Begrüßungsgetränk...Zimmer war sehr schön und top ausgestattet... der Service war ausgezeichnet... das Personal sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit... Lage und Ausblick perfekt... Frühstück sehr große Auswahl und sehr lecker... wir sind rundum sehr zufrieden... wir kommen gerne wieder
