1、地點絕對給讚，離景點、地鐵都近 2、員工服務態度非常好、解決問題快速 3、清潔人員很盡責 4、房間真的很小，第一次住到沒桌椅的（工作、吃東西很不便） 5、熱水有點問題，有時熱、有時很久都不熱（還好不是冬天）

Fantastically helpful lady on front desk (just returned from time off), clean good sized family room, nice breakfast, great location. Would recommend and family friendly. Only downside was no kettle in our room and the total has no bar or ability to buy drinks/snacks outside of breakfast hours which, after a lot of walking each day, was missed.

El baño tiene hongo. El staff nunca resolvió el problema del aire acondicionado. Me iban a cambiar de habitación pero nunca se logró. Por el inconveniente me dieron 60 euros de vuelta estuve 4 noches sin aire acondicionado y pagué $800. El desayuno estuvo bien. Aire acondicionado nunca funcionó. La cama son unos catres super incómodos.

La proximité du métro et du Vatican et l'accès aux différents monuments emblématique de Rome. Un groupe électrogène sur le devant de l'Hotel fonctionne tout le temps il génère du bruit la nuit et peut être dérangeant pour les chambres à proximité. Des restaurants et commerces sont présents pas loin.

Clean room. Basically breakfast. Really friendly and helpful reception staff. Great location for the Vatican City and close to the Metro.

Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent and helped start the day well. Was a little disappointed with the quality of the coffee machine, especially for an Italy! We had 2 minor issues. Firstly, we like 2 pillows each, so we asked for 2 extra pillows on the first night and were told there wasn’t any! Fortunately we asked the room attendant in the morning and she kindly got us 2 extras. Secondly, the safe in the room didn’t work and this wasn’t resolved, despite us asking 3 different staff members. But these were only minor issues. I would still recommend the hotel. It was perfectly adequate for our stay. It’s also in a good area with restaurants and transport links on the doorstep.

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, zwischen Vatikan und Engelsburg. U-Bahn in der Nähe, Restaurants um die Ecke, Rom fußläufig gut erreichbar. Unser Hotellzimmer war soweit OK, das Frühstück ist allerdings eher bescheiden. Wie dieses Hotel 4 Sterne bekommen hat ist rätselhaft. Wir haben uns damit arrangiert und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Dieses Hotel hat mit 4 Sternen absolut nichts zu tun. Die Zimmerkarte hat während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert – jedes einzelne Mal musste ein Mitarbeiter die Tür mit einem Schlüssel öffnen. Für ein angebliches 4-Sterne-Hotel einfach peinlich. Die Sauberkeit war katastrophal: Haare im Zimmer, ungepflegte Bereiche und sichtbar Schimmel in den Ecken. Dazu stark beschädigte Wände, die den Eindruck eher an ein heruntergekommenes Hostel als an ein Hotel dieser Kategorie erinnern lassen. Schlafen war ebenfalls kaum möglich, da es nachts zwischen 23:30 Uhr und 2:00 Uhr extrem laut war und sich offenbar niemand darum gekümmert hat. Das Frühstück war der nächste Tiefpunkt: kaum Auswahl, lieblos angerichtet und wenig appetitlich. Insgesamt eine große Enttäuschung und definitiv keine 4 Sterne wert. Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.

If you like a stay in a small box with a small bed and no Hot water, with creepy man leading you to your room and then asking for money. Was very uncomfortable and reported all that to the staff and really didn't address the problems, the breakfast was ok but would not stay there again or recommend.

The hotel staff were nice & helpful. The hotel is in a good location for walking distance to many attractions & local restaurants & shopping. The downfall is the beds are so hard like wood you wake up sore. The walls are paper thin you hear everything including other guests urinating. You hear lots of late night noises of cars & people. Definitely need earplugs. The breakfast was okay but if you go when it’s busy they run out of cutlery & dishes.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie. Ontbijt oké, aanvulling borden bestek, eten kan wel verbeterd worden. Prima kamer voor een paar overnachtingen. Schoon. Rustig. Goede ligging, vlakbij Vaticaan. Makkelijk bereikbaar van vliegveld met shuttlebus.

I was pleasantly surprised as the condition of the remodel was top notch. Breakfast was a bonus and the reception staff exceptional. The bathroom is more than adequate but if you are larger than average size then getting into the shower may require sucking in a little. Other bathrooms may be reconfigured differently; just ask. I loved how easy it is to walk to many sights or access the Metro and bus. One of the best locations in Rome.

Breakfast is good. Loves the salad. The room is okay, but no window at all The shower is too small, barely fit one person. The best of all is the location, 10 minutes walk to St Peter's Basilica.

The bathroom was way too small the shower was too small .. the staff was very friendly and very amiable… for me it was the size of the bathroom and shower ..

The room was clean and the air conditioning good. A bit basic though we weren’t expecting 5* luxury. The shelf in the bathroom was hanging off and the shower is raised with only a curtain so water gets everywhere. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy and could have done with a few labels to know what the different flavours in the croissants are. There is an empty bar and no other facilities.

Good breakfast selection , big space for breakfast. . Excellent staff and location !!! Close to shops and restaurants. Safe neighborhood. Shout out to Elena ( front desk) very helpful and friendly. Great customer Service Air conditioning was the best!!! Highly recommend this place.

This was our 3-night unforgettable stay in Rome. The hotel is located in a super convenient spot!!! It is only 10-minute walk from the St. Peter's Plaza. Also, 10-minute walk to the shuttle bus to the airport (www.sitbusshuttle.com - only €7 per person to Fiumicino) and 15-20 min. walk to BIGBUS stop #6. Excellent staff at the hotel. Special thanks go to Marta - the front desk lady, who gave us a very warm welcome and helped us with suggestions of what to see and in most efficient order shown on the city map. Also, the manager Alessandro was great to deal with. The room itself was ok. Although, next time I would ask for another one due to the street noise from passing cars (our room was in the very corner of the hotel building with two windows facing both directions). The bathroom was very spacious but it lacked hooks for towels or bath robes. Also, the toilet seat was much smaller than toilet bowl and also very loose, therefore we had to be very careful while using it. The breakfast was very simple - quite a few choices but chosen products, especially meat and bread, in our humble opinion, were lowest quality possible. Excellent coffee choices, though. Also, their fruits were great. All in all I would recommend this hotel but stay away from a corner room.
