O café da manhã não tem variedades, é o básico, mas muito bem feito - vale a pena. A localização do hotel é o ponto mais alto da estadia - é excelente. O atendimento da recepção é bom, de modo geral eu gostei bastante da hospedagem. O lugar é de custo e benefício ok! A parte do box/banho é um pouco apertado, mas nada de ruim. Chuveiro esquenta perfeitamente! Pelo custo dele: nota 8.

Si, los alimentos del día y volvían a surtir de todo lo que faltaba. Muchas opciones de café o té, fue buen desayuno

A very pleaseant experience

The room was spacious, bigger than others i have stayed in, in Italy. I love the location, and it’s convenient proximity to Ottaviano Metro Station. The breakfast area was large and fit a lot of people, which was nice because I don’t like to be crammed in a tight spot.

Amazing place to stay. Close to Vatican with great places to eat. Staff are wonderful.

Accueil parfait, convivial et rapide. Chambre correcte, mobilier vieillot et sol un peu poussiereux. Bon petit-déjeuner.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Always attentive and friendly and accommodating! Super clean room and bathroom. It has been updated to be modern, and the fixtures are great from an American perspective. The shower is SMALL. The closet would be great if it had hangers. We opted not to even ask for them. We did get extra towels as we needed, with no issues. They are in the process of renovating still, so hopefully some art will be added at some point. Without it, the hotel seems sterile. Just a person preference, and wouldn't keep us from coming back. Our only disappointment was the breakfast buffet. The attendants never once smiled (even when we tipped), and there were a couple of times the foods were not ready when they opened - making it difficult to eat before tours. I never saw the tables wiped clean throughout service (we were there at varying times). The front desk staff and the location made this a great place for our week in Rome.

Easy to landmarks and transportation

Basic but thats all you need. Could have done with a kettle for tea/coffee but the breakfast was good and the location perfect. Friendly helpful staff. Didn't stop us having a great time in Rome!

This hotel was selected for a number of reasons. Firstly its location then facilities and finally price. It delivers on location but that’s it I’m afraid. The hotel is not very big and has a 24 hour reception although the one time we needed to contact them they never answered the phone! Forget room service because they obviously don’t have any. You can’t even get a bottle of water. It is advertised as having a bar and also mini bars in the rooms. This is a real joke because it has neither. The bar is an empty space in a room near reception and the rooms only have a tiny fridge. Other issues we and people in our group experienced : Room keys continually failing to open the door. Other people had the same problem. No hot water for showers on so many occasions that I got the manager to move us to another room. Listening in on conversations I conclude this is a widespread problem as well. The final straw was when they said the electricity would be switched off from 10pm to 6am! No heating, lighting or lifts. This made the hotel very unsafe to be in and we should have been moved out. The authorities need to be informed of this. Noise levels at night are unacceptable. They have groups of schoolchildren staying and noisy people from bars outside. Sleep is optional here. The rooms are dated and while clean feel like a prison cell. The breakfast might be ok but I wouldn’t advise anyone to book here.

NOT 4 Star worthy - Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good, but No hot water. Hot water is only from 7 to 10 AM. The showers are Not water protected, and after our showers; there was a mess, water all over - We complained to the front desk; they are very nice, but the owners need to fix these issues….
