前台接待有禮貌，早餐環境和食物也很棒！飯店房間和大廳非常漂亮！從火車站到飯店很方便！

Nice experience, great front desk service. The hotel room is quite old actually, the air conditioner is not very good… but location is great, close to central station of St Lucia.

住的套房房間，近一百五十年的建筑，小朋友说装修很诡异有点害怕。每天早上七時開始旁邊的教堂就響鐘聲，小朋友直接闹醒了。房间WIFI信号很弱，网速很慢。早餐比较丰富但是品质一般，甜食过多，咸的食物只有火腿。离火车站很近，但是下次我肯定还是住一站以外的岛外的新酒店了，因为火车太方便了。

The hotel location is good, staff are friendly, the hotel is so old but clean, breakfast is excellent.

When I came in already wasn’t clean like cookies crumbs were on the floors and all dusty lints were everywhere. When I asked for clean room then their staff didn’t clean also just made a bed without changing bed sheet at all and also I asked a towels, they threw them a couple of towels which were looks like used one in the bathroom. I was only looking for 4stars hotels so it came up so I believe it is 4stars however they covered one star on the sign so it was only 3starts but they charged one night was $290 so it’s not worth it at all. There is looks like in the middle of construction so all of electronics wires came out of the wall and about bathroom omg, it’s leaking water out of the shower booth and the shower top doesn’t working as well. The Overall is not worth it at all as this price and the photos are literally scammed at present pictures at all. I’m only surprised there is no bugs even though that much mess up hotel environments. They need to be better if they want to keeping a business for travelers.

Lugar excelente pra quem chega de trem, muito fácil o acesso pra tudo, o quarto grande, muito lindo, decoração de Natal maravilhosa, nossos netos adoraram a praticidade e o conforto de tudo, café da manhã excelente, atendimento excelente

We loved this hotel - fabulous old building and our superior quadruple room was the old library which was quite amazing, with 7m high ceilings. Delicious breakfast, great location, friendly staff and good value.

O que falar desse hotel!! Maravilhoso! Localização excelente, staff atenciosa, principalmente um recepcionista que infelizmente não lembro o nome, mas ele fazia de tudo pra falar português com a gente mesmo sem dominar. Comunicação agradável e fácil. Pantufas nos quartos, quartos limpos, camas confortáveis ! Café da manhã IMPECÁVEL!!! O melhor de todas as cidades que passei nessa viagem(que não foram poucas) Voltaria com toda certeza!

Dit is de derde keer over bijna 20 j dat ik in dit hotel kom...ideale ligging om van daaruit Venetië te ontdekken, kort bij vaporettolijnen, supervriendelijk personeel, mooie goed ingerichte kamers voorzien van alle faciliteiten, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet,...luxe aan democratische prijs !

A great stay in Venice but the hotel could do with some renovation. Front desk staff was excellent - quick check-in and very helpful. Room was small for three people and the aircon was hard to adjust. We switched it off in the end as we could not lower the temperature. Breakfast has lots of options but thy are not labelled and scrambled eggs were cold on all days we had breakfast there. Less options would do. Overall a good stay.

これまでの人生で一番朝食が美味しかった。 アクセスも最高に良いし、スタッフも親切だし、全員におすすめできるホテル。 広めの部屋を予約したことでジャグジーもついてきて、移動の疲れを除去できたのも良かった。

イタリア初日に宿泊しましたが、中央駅近ながら静かな環境です。ホテル入口は一見普通ながら内部は趣ある造りとなっており、イタリアらしさを満喫できるホテルです。朝食も充実しており、建物、サービス、食事、宿泊料金ともに大満足のホテルでお薦めです。

駅近くの部屋のホテルですから、荷物を持って橋を渡ったりせずに済みます。バポレットの駅もすぐで便利です。スタッフも優しくて、朝ご飯の種類が豊富で美味しかったです。
