前台接待有禮貌，早餐環境和食物也很棒！飯店房間和大廳非常漂亮！從火車站到飯店很方便！

Nice experience, great front desk service. The hotel room is quite old actually, the air conditioner is not very good… but location is great, close to central station of St Lucia.

住的套房房間，近一百五十年的建筑，小朋友说装修很诡异有点害怕。每天早上七時開始旁邊的教堂就響鐘聲，小朋友直接闹醒了。房间WIFI信号很弱，网速很慢。早餐比较丰富但是品质一般，甜食过多，咸的食物只有火腿。离火车站很近，但是下次我肯定还是住一站以外的岛外的新酒店了，因为火车太方便了。

The hotel location is good, staff are friendly, the hotel is so old but clean, breakfast is excellent.

We stayed in a twin room, which was very small, with no room between beds. Bathroom was very small. Room was clean. Staff and their service was excellent. Breakfast was varied and plentiful Good location…close to the train station, shops and cafes/restaurants. Also near a water bus stop

아침조식 할 때, 레스토랑 매니저 같은 덩치 큰 사람이 있는데, 불친절하더군요. 빵이나 식사거리는 좋았습니다. 방도 평균은 하구요

Very interesting place - so great to be able to sit outside! The main staff person at breakfast was grumpy and almost rude. Such a contrast to the front desk staff who were lovely. We had issues with the shower drain g and the drain was disgustingly clogged with hair :(. Ewwww. Fantastic location!!! A bit expensive for what we got, however the location was wonderful.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the train station. The room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent. We would select this hotel again on our next visit to Venice.

I think he’s name is Mirko and very friendly. I really enjoyed talking to him. He checked us in and walked us personally to our room. Hotel is walking distance to the train. No need to hire a porter.

Staffs are very friendly and the hotel ambiance is amazing. Location is excellent.

we booked a superior triple room based on photos on this site. What we got was a very small room with a huge clawfoot tub raised up 5 inches in the room and it took up almost 1/3 of the room. The bathroom had a shower in it so there was no need for a tub. We had nowhere to put our 6 suitcases so on the tub they went. The closet was full of other stuff so no room in it. The tub was a trip hazard to go around it to the bathroom. The step up into the bathroom was way too high up and a trip hazard as well and one of us fell on it. No other room was available to move in. Nightstands were about 6 inches square and very little. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast buffet was spectacular.

The staff were extremely helpful! The morning breakfast had many options and was delicious. The location is fantastic right near the main train station on the island of Venice.

全般的に満足です 特に立地、朝食が良かったです スタッフの方も良かったのですが、なんせ年季が入っておりますので設備はそれなりでした 常に点検は抜かりなくしていただくと満点のホテルです

Centrally located. Excellent stay. Amazing staff

Staff very friendly. The only positive. Wasn’t concerned initially due to good ratings but room was in a dire state. Numerous cracks/peeling paint, loose power sockets, chip in the sink with cracked porcelain, not particularly clean, curtains did not cover the whole window. Avoid at all costs

El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación, le hace falta un poco de orden, pero cumple por lo que uno paga. La gente es muy amable, lo tienen muy limpio, pero pues si es muy viejo

We were fully satisfied with their selection of breakfast choices. Rooms were clean and staff were accommodating.
