Hotel yang sangat baik dan melampaui jangkaan! Perkhidmatan ini hebat, Matteo di depan adalah yang terbaik. Dalam masa 5 minit berjalan kaki dari stesen kereta api dan berhampiran terdapat banyak restoran dan kedai. Walaupun mereka tidak mempunyai lif, mereka akan membantu anda dengan bagasi anda semasa mendaftar masuk dan menyemak. Adalah pengalaman penginapan terbaik sepanjang perjalanan saya.

Estancia magnífica. Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en Abazzia y fue muy grato encontrarlo totalmente remunerado. Las habitaciones quedaron hermosas y modernizadas en muchos aspectos, pero sin perder ese espíritu de abadía que lo distingue.
El desayuno sigue estando muy sabroso y variado
El personal que atiende sigue siendo el que conocemos desde hace muchos años y, por tanto, mantienen sus estándares elevados de atención al cliente.
La ubicación es perfecta al estar a unos cuantos pasos de la estación de Santa Lucia, por lo que podrás moverte fácilmente por todo Venecia.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, so many options. We loved the little courtyard area for eating. The location was excellent being so close to the train station. Would definitely stay again.

My family had a wonderful experience here. The location is ideal, 3 minute walk from the train, but accessible to all the wonderful spots in Venice. The location is perfect if you want to stay close to the train station, and you can reach the main sights either on foot or by hopping on the vaporetto. What a fabulous hotel. Very central and handy to station. The staff are what make this place - so joyful and friendly and attentive. They honestly couldn’t do enough for us - they made us feel so welcome. The included breakfast buffet was a vision to behold - our 11 year old has eyes on stalks when he saw it. We would definitely recommend and go back ourselves next time we visit Venice.

The staff at the Hotel Abbazia went above and beyond for us. (Shout out to Mirko, Matteo, and Raffaele!) We had an early flight out of Venezia and they saved us from paying 150 Euro for a water taxi; instead, they coordinated a porter for us so we could walk over the bridge and take the bus to the airport. We were going to miss breakfast, so they packed us generous to-go bags so we had something to eat. We really appreciated the kindness of the staff!
The hotel itself is a little bit of dated elegance, but for me, that's what Venezia is. It's absolutely perfect for its location. Our room was very clean and nice with comfortable beds and a quality A/C (which was needed because it was HOT outside!). The bathroom is completely updated with a fantastic high-pressure shower (better than my one in the US, which is hard to find sometimes in Europe, in my experience). The wifi at times could be a little spotty but we were in the farthest room from the entrance, and the building is really solidly constructed.
Overall, a great experience at a reasonable price, and in a good location. We were a 5 minute walk from the train station, a 2 minute walk from water taxis and water buses, and a 7 minute walk from the bus and car taxis.

This hotel is about 100 yards from the train station which is wonderful. This hotel was a monastery back in the days and is actually attached to one of the most beautiful churches I have ever been in. It has a very nice bar/lounge area and provides breakfast with an array of items to choose from. It was nice to have breakfast in the courtyard.

The hotel is very well located, 10 minute walk of the train station, quiet and nice. The building is old Venetian charm offers a pretty courtyard. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. My only disappointment is that the bathroom did not provide a stand up shower, just a bath. When mentioned at the desk, I was told that I should have asked ....although there was no mention when I booked the room.

What a great hotel. It is close to the train station. We had a family stay with a 5-year-old. The beauty and convenience of this place is hard to beat. It is absolutely worth the price. You will not regret staying here.
