This hotel was incredible. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located by the Piazza Roma which is the hub for the shuttle bus to the airport and the water taxis. There is also a really great restaurant right out the door to the hotel. We will definitely stay here when we return to Venice.

What a gem close to the train station, busses to the mainland and airport, taxies and water transports! It's also close to many dining venues with waterfront seating. Our corner room was humongous compared to many closet-like rooms in Europe. The bathroom lacked a little organizational space but manageable. And the shower was Heavenly! The bed was comfortable, too. A great selection of breakfast items was served at a sister property just steps from our front door but watch out for food-stealing pigeons if you want to enjoy the beautiful garden setting outdoors! The guest services staff was cheerful and helpful throughout our visit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel was in a perfect location! Easy to get to and close to the people mover. The views from the hotel were stunning! Staff was amazing and very attentive. The breakfast was delicious, with several options. My bestie, Andrea was the absolute fantastic! He gave us recommendations that were amazing! The restaurant next door also has amazing service and the best tiramisu! I would 100% stay here again!

Clean room, friendly staff. Only downside, window leaked so the floor/suitcase got all wet from rain. And we picked this place because it’s listed airport shuttle, and they do not have a hotel one. They direct you just down the street where the taxis park to get a ride ($40). But the taxi location is very convenient to this hotel compared to a lot of other hotels in the area .

We pick a room with the view of the canal. Opening the windows to see the canal was a relaxing experience, specially in the morning when is only the neighbors walking the dogs and the streets are empty. There is a convenient restaurant in front with a romantic view for a dining in the quiet Canal. There is partner hotel 2 doors from the Arlecchino , and having the option of an American breakfast with eggs in the morning was great after traveling days and missing some eggs at breakfast.. There is people out in the restaurant at night but the windows can be completely close the shutters or the window glass and there is no noise felt inside the room.. and we were literally in top of the restaurant…

Hotel was amazing for a family, plenty of space, newly updated and had AC. We had a canal view, so worth it! They offered water which was a pleasant surprise. Location is very convenient to the train and town. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

Unbelievable!! The location was perfect, the staff was so accommodating, the distance from the train station was probably 5 minutes, and we walked everywhere! What an amazing view we had also from our bedroom! Cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you so much for making our trip to Venice so special for our 35th anniversary ❤️

Great location, less than 10 minute walk from the train station and less than a half hour walk to St. Marks Square. Lots of dining and gelato options nearby. We stayed in the executive canal view which had 2 amazing canal view balconies on the roof that was really nice to enjoy a drink on at night. Staff was very friendly and gave local recommendations. Not sure when we’ll make it back to Venice, but would definitely stay here again!
