We stayed at this hotel on an extended cruise vacation. The hotel is right on the canal. We we late checking in and the gentleman at the desk was absolutely wonderful! Even escorted us to our room! Our room was absolutely spotless! Cannot say enough how polite and helpful the staff was during our stay. Beautiful location and easy walk to most major attractions. Did I mention how spotless and bright and modern the rooms were? I did... But this hotel was that nice. Will most definitely stay again when in Venice!

Very convenient location near the train and bus station but about a mile walk to Rialto Irina was very friendly and helped with restaurant suggestions and ordering water taxi. The sister Hotel Olympia had a full breakfast and a relaxing grassy courtyard

While the outside of the hotel and the lobby may look run down, the rooms themselves are spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was also quite helpful with any inquiries or help that you may need. It is a bit far away from the city center, but being right next to the bus and train stations in a huge help considering that you won’t need to drag your luggage over countless steps and bridges

This hotel was amazing. Great location the front staff were great. They organized day trips and suggested restaurants i couldn't be happier with the service, location hotel. Breakfast was managed through a sister hotel only a few feet away also great service and buffet selection.

We booked a balcony room and oh man, what a treat. Great view of Venice from the terrace and the bed was supremely comfortable. It was a perfect finale to our week long Italy trip. Staff is great, the location of the hotel is super close to the train station and bus stand. Also the restaurants nearby are great for wine and dinner.

The hotel staff was great. Especially Marco. He checked us in and reserved a taxi for us so we could get to the airport on Monday morning. Also, our breakfast each morning was at a beautiful “sister” hotel just a few steps away. We asked for a restaurant recommendation which was also fantastic and just a few steps away. Our room was incredible. Corner room overlooking one of the canals in Venice.
